🎬 ABOUT DOWN TO EARTH 🎬

Horrified at how producer Danny Miller's (Larry Parks) new Broadway show trivializes her and her fellow goddesses, Terpsichore (Rita Hayworth), the Greek Muse of the Dance, heads for Earth to stop him. After a successful audition, she is cast in the musical's lead. Smitten with his new star, Danny agrees to make his production into a more serious and dignified work of art, one whose out-of-town opening is a box office disaster. When Danny insists on restoring his original concept, Terpsichore heads back home. But when a gangster who's backing the show threatens to kill Danny if it fails, she lands back on Broadway to take the starring role on stage and in Danny's life.
