Northeast Minneapolis neighbors worried over construction

Residents of a northeast Minneapolis neighborhood near Columbia Park are frustrated by a prolonged water line refurbishment project. Since May, streets have been dug up and water is being supplied via makeshift above-ground hoses. While residents fear the project won't be finished before winter, the city maintains that work is on schedule for a November completion.
