Juveniles were playing with a gun before shooting that killed teen: DA

A Norristown teenager was killed Tuesday morning after investigators said he and another teenager were playing with a loaded gun.

Norristown police responded to the 800 block of Arch Street at about 10:30 a.m. on reports of a shooting.

Officers arrived to find a teenager who had been shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another teenager is being questioned in connection with the case. Authorities have not released the names of the teenagers involved, and no additional information was immediately available.
