Thieves targeting women outside banks in Northeast Philadelphia | Exclusive

Philadelphia police are searching for at least two men believed to be responsible for a series of strong-arm robberies targeting women who were entering or leaving banks in Northeast Philadelphia.

Investigators from the Northeast Detective Division said they are aware of four robberies that have occurred during the past six weeks.
