Wrongly arrested woman speaks in Senate Flock hearing

Lindsay Isaacs testifies about being falsely accused of a fatal car crash due to the misuse of Flock ALPR camera data. Despite evidence of her innocence and a vehicle in immaculate condition, she was arrested for vehicular homicide and spent 13 days in jail before the state declined to prosecute and identified the actual perpetrator.
