PLANNED PARENTHOOD’S BURIED ORIGINS

Pro-life advocate and White Rose Resistance CEO Seth Gruber traces what he describes as the disturbing connections between Planned Parenthood’s origins, the American eugenics movement and Nazi racial ideology.

From Margaret Sanger’s 1939 “Negro Project” to white supremacist author Lothrop Stoddard’s role in the early birth-control movement, Gruber lays out names, writings and associations he says expose a history few Americans have ever been told.

He also connects Stoddard’s book The Menace of the Underman to the Nazi term Untermensch, or “subhuman,” arguing that the ideology behind Nazi racial cleansing was deeply influenced by American eugenicists associated with the movement that became Planned Parenthood.

Gruber is Lara Logan’s guest on Episode 99 of Going Rogue.
