Philadelphia weather: Nor'easter on the horizon

Coastal areas are preparing for an incoming nor'easter. While the storm is currently off the coast of the Carolinas, it is expected to bring heavy rain, strong winds, and coastal flooding to the Jersey Shore and Philadelphia area through the weekend, with conditions improving by next week.
