Witness claims 18-year-old dropped tub containing torso

An 18-year-old man, Kingston Lamar Bradley, has been arrested in Smyrna after the dismembered torso of an unidentified woman was discovered at the Park Valley apartment complex. The discovery occurred during a missing person investigation after a witness spotted the suspect transporting the remains in a plastic tub.
