Shawn Ryan Reviews the New SIG Sauer P385

I got my hands on the brand-new SIG P385, a clean-sheet pistol family designed from the ground up to cut down recoil. It comes in two compensated variants, one with a slide-integrated comp and one with the Mach 3D compensator, and adds a built-in recoil dampener, a new "reactive" grip texture that locks in when you squeeze, and a flush trigger safety that removes the feel of a traditional trigger tab. The modular "mag strap" also lets you switch between full-size and compact setups without swapping the whole grip module. I also tested SIG's P211 lineup, including the flat-shooting GTO and the lighter P211 Carry and Full models, plus the new P226 collaboration with Agency Arms, which has a three-way adjustable trigger and a one-of-a-kind scale texture.
