‘ISRAEL BOMBED SAUDI…’: Iran’s SHOCK REVEAL On MBS Pipeline Strike, Bibi’s ‘Role’ In Mecca Attack

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has questioned whether Israel could have been behind the drone attack on Saudi Arabia’s East-West oil pipeline, while saying Iranian military commanders denied any involvement. Pezeshkian said he directly asked Iranian commanders whether Tehran or forces acting on its behalf carried out the attack. According to his account, they answered no. He then raised the possibility that Israel or actors linked to Israel could have carried out the strike in an attempt to widen the regional war. Saudi Arabia has not publicly blamed Israel. Riyadh said the drones were launched from Iraq, and Baghdad confirmed the attacks originated from Iraqi territory and launched an investigation. Reuters reporting also said the attack disrupted Saudi oil shipments through the East-West route. The pipeline is strategically important because it provides Saudi Arabia with an alternative export route that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz.
