Hey guys! In this video, I talk about the different types of apple pencil tips in the market that I tried.
I bought them on Amazon and Temu. I realized some of the tips are out of stock, so I'll try to give the links of the closest tips possible:

Hey everyone, welcome back. So in today's video I want to quickly talk about the different types
of tips in the market that I tried. So why do people even use these nibs? Well, there are a
lot of people who don't like how the original pen tip feels on the glass surface when drawing
because it's kind of smooth and slippery and that's also why there are people who like to
buy some screen protectors to use on their iPads. I personally learned how to use my Apple Pencil
without a screen protector first, then I tried a few months ago Paper Like Screen Protector. I
will link my review video to the description. And to keep you updated, the Paper Like Screen
Protector gave me a nice tactile drawing experience but I feel like it affected the
image quality of the screen which is kind of annoying for me as I like to have a really clear
screen when drawing. But it's my opinion of course, it's still an amazing tool that I enjoyed using,
especially for the sound of pen and paper. Anyway, so I noticed there are now so many different types
of pen tips out there. I have tried a few from three different shops that I will link in the
description below and here they are. This one is from Amazon. There are four different nibs that
come in two different nib colors, white and transparent with plastic tips and metal tips
in different lengths. I bought the other two on Temu but you can find similar ones on Amazon.
So this one has three different nibs but it's different from the other one as you can also
change the tip of the nibs if that makes sense. And in the last one there are some silicone tips
like this. So these are all compatible with the Apple Pencil 1 and 2 and they are not very expensive.
I will try them by making some quick sketches or drawing on existing illustrations. I will start
with this. I was actually scared that this will damage my screen but apparently not.
All right, let's try the others. They appear to be high quality although I have not tested them
in time so I can't speak of that aspect yet but for now they work perfectly well.
The little case that holds them is great too because they can be so easy to lose.
I prefer the one which has a thin tip instead of the round shaped tip. It feels better when
drawing details. Okay now I'll try this. I like it. It changes the way the pen glides over the
surface on the iPad and it feels nice. Great sensitivity. I think these are my favorites.
The only problem is that when I hold my pen this way it traces the line from behind. There isn't
any problem when I hold it this way but like this it doesn't work very well. Anyway, I will use it
and keep you updated about how it goes. So last one. It's a small box of five silicone tips in
different colors. You have to place them on an existing tip. I'm not sure if I don't know how
to use it or am I really struggling to use it. The tip doesn't slide. It's actually hard to move
the pen. In terms of use maybe they are rather useful when you don't write too much with them
because it takes away all the precision of the pencil. For those who draw I wouldn't necessarily
recommend it. This is good when you want to scroll through pages or write a note quickly.
The pencil slides less well with it so writing or sketching is less fluid. This is certainly useful
to prevent the tip of the pen from wearing out too quickly or to protect it but don't expect to
have better writing comfort with it. It's not really comfortable to use especially for drawing
or painting. All right I really prefer the ones which have thin tips like this. So I will continue
to use them and see if they last and continue to work well. In the meantime what I can say about
these nibs is that you don't absolutely need these to make beautiful illustrations but it's nice to
try them out. Your original apple pencil nib will eventually wear out or break anyway so before
buying another one you might want to try these nibs and they are not even expensive. That's all
for this video. Let me know what do you think and see you in the next one. Bye!
