HERE’S WHAT WE TEST:
• Sticker Maker: Custom UV transfer stickers for niche audiences, businesses, and personalized gifts.
• Commemorative Coin Generator: Personalized challenge coins with raised relief texture.
• Card Generator: Custom sports cards, trading cards, and a couples card we couldn’t resist making.
• Fridge Magnet Generator: A personalized Christmas design that became an ornament AND a fridge magnet.
• Layered Cutting Generator: A Halloween shadow box that… well, let’s just say we have notes. 😂
FOR EACH PROJECT, WE ASK:
1. How easy is it to design?
2. How easy is it to produce?
3. Would we put the finished product on our craft table or in our online store?
You’ll see the xTool O1 Omni UV printer in action, plus our print-and-cut workflow with the xTool P3 laser. We walk through Smart Mask, relief texture, acrylic printing, cut outlines, and automatic alignment between machines. We also use the P3 to cut the layered shadow box.
Some results impressed us. Others needed more work. And a product can have potential without being the right fit for OUR business.
The biggest takeaway? The machine doesn’t create the business. The opportunity comes from knowing WHO you’re making something for.
Think trading cards for a Little League team, challenge coins for a local club, or a personalized ornament featuring all of Grandma’s grandkids. One good product. One specific customer. One solid offer.
