In the city of Los Angeles, the film capital of the world, there are people who sleep less than a street away from skyscrapers. They don't speak up, and sometimes, no one listens.
More than eleven thousand kilometers away, in Manila, twisted tin roofs and nine-square-meter rooms for a family of five are called "home." No papers. No address. But it's where people are born, grow up, and dream of a different future.
We often think of homelessness as a story of poverty. But is there something deeper?
So, in these two seemingly opposite halves of the world, what truly defines a home? And is homelessness merely the lack of shelter, or is it the result of a system that has forgotten what it means to be human?
