Hello I'm Ayano Kimura, the designer. Today, located in Toyota City We would like to introduce a home with a tatami living room that soothes the senses with the fragrance of wood. We are currently conducting filming at the home of the child being handed over, as we have rented it today as well. Thank you for your cooperation. I think you can catch a glimpse of a striking appearance. Both spouses simply enjoy camping, for example. It is a home owned by a couple who love outdoor activities. This house is packed with many meticulously detailed elements. Please be sure to enjoy it until the very end. Let's start by introducing the outer circuit first. The site covers approximately 290 tsubo, making it a fairly spacious plot of land. The building is approximately 35 tsubo in size. We are currently a family of three, consisting of the two of you as a couple and one child. Outgoing, very lovely indeed. Yes, that's right. When we first showed you the周四 property The view from this side was incredibly beautiful. While making the most of this scenery Since we understood your request to use silver for the exterior Such a silver exterior material growing like a living thing We have considered the external plan and appearance. When incorporating silver Too much of a click sound or something like that It ends up coming out a bit too mechanical, though. This time, we are not using mortar extensively in the external insulation project. We have added some gravel. I think this is where the casual vibe comes from. The step part of the approach section is Since we are planning to design and incorporate it into a pearl. I think cuteness is also being added here. As previously introduced Let me briefly introduce the exterior wall material used in the building's exterior. This time, the silver exterior cladding is As a construction method, it is called "staged spraying." Since the construction method is laid horizontally, It's finished with a textured, uneven surface, as if it has a sense of relief. The explicitness, or rather I think this finishing style would be just perfect for a couple who loves camping. I've been wondering about something since a while ago Is there a hole in the roof? That's right. Actually, right here on the southern side The roof has a large hole in the center. I think it might be very impactful. Since your request to change the exterior appearance of the main roof has been approved this time, I have designed a roof with a 6-inch pitch. And the site's orientation relative to the road It was a piece of land that had become extremely expensive. It looks as if it's impaled into the ground when viewed from the road. I think it has turned out well in appearance. Is the area that's open here today the inner courtyard? That's right; actually, it can be seen from the inner courtyard. Actually, if you come around this way, The approach leads to the entrance rather than the central courtyard. That was the approach, huh? That's right; I think it's quite rare, actually. As another of your requests, I also want to incorporate some designs that don't quite feel like a home. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, so I've prepared a lengthy approach. such that the front entrance isn't visible from ahead I have designed it to also add an element of fun. Once you enter inside This part has a roof installed, so Putting away camping gear and so on Placing offering boxes, and so on The space can also be used as a storage room. Proceed straight ahead into the interior. This section has been largely cut out. It's an approach, you see. so that it can also be used as an atrium That section has been made of concrete. So I think I can enjoy barbecues and such without worrying too much. And if you proceed straight ahead like this, We have erected this type of exterior wall material in part. Placing a customer distribution box here, for example Things that give a sense of everyday life We have secured a space here where it can be hidden for you. Cluttered yet quiet I think it has become a neat and clear approach section. Now, let me introduce you to the front entrance from here. The temple is a well-kept restroom. A form that each member of your family can comfortably accommodate.
