Kitato Kondo is an amateur street photographer, born in 1989 and lives in Tokyo, Japan.

"Tato" started taking street photos about three years ago because he was fascinated by the power of observation which can change our ordinary worlds to poetic, romantic, symbolic or funny scenes.

Kondo has a full-time job, but uses all his free time to find those kinds of scenes.

In his own words:
"I can say I am really happier when I am surrounded by boring things than I am in “special” places because it is in such situation that observation is in its element.
Black and White approach is an important factor for me because it makes us focus on connections or shapes of objects."
