Leclerc expecting ‘an interesting race’ after qualifying P5 in Malaysia

Well, Charles, you kind of looked there or thereabouts throughout quali, but maybe not that final bit to go and take the fight to max. So what's the overarching feeling after that final lap in quali? I started losing some performance from Q2, particularly when I started pushing the car. The rear started to struggle a little bit more and getting into Q3, that was too much. And so, yeah, I was a little bit overbalanced for Q3, but all in all, it hasn't been a bad qualifying. I think Luis did a super lap and probably didn't leave much on the table. And on my side, it's a P4 tomorrow. It's all to fight with the guys in front and should be an interesting race. I mean, do you and the team feel like you can get in the fight based on what you learned from the long run data you've got so far this weekend? We are relatively close to the guys in front. So, yeah, I think so. But Mercedes seems to be extremely strong. Yesterday, also this morning, today in qualifying, maybe a bit less strong compared to what we expected. So I expect them to be back to where they normally are in the race. And if so, it's going to be difficult to beat them.
