Texas Roadhouse meat-cutting challenge in Houston

Texas Roadhouse hosted its 25th annual qualifying meat cutter competition at the Houston Aerodrome ice rink. Thirty-nine cutters from across the Houston and Southeast Texas areas competed to advance to the regional round, where they can vie for a $25,000 prize. The event also served as a fundraiser for Boots for Troops, providing 1,800 meals for overseas care packages.
