I Hate Flickering Caboose Lights! How I Solved The Problem And More!

One of my pet peeves about Lionel Trains O and O27 gauge lighted cabooses and passenger cars is the flickering lights. Watch as I fix this problem on my Postwar Lionel bay window caboose. While I was at at, I added LED marker lights, a rear flasher, and a custom 3D printed inteior!
