First day encounter with Kevin a retired national convention center tradesman caring for past friend's dog Sept. 28 2026

After a long discussion on his life experiences of someone that is a product of the adoption foster care system as a baby by a well known military family La Plante, Kevin left his Catholic parents home at 15 declaring himself a Christian, working in Denver, all while going to school. With a mind that references endless memories in his 65 years of life on earth, I decided to document his current life experience after retiring 3 years. He worked trade shows helping set up exhibits for 20 years around the USA and worked prior at WAMMO making sling shots at some point prior. He also worked as a security guard for Live Nation and AGM the 3rd largest Security guard organization in the USA. He knows many music performance artists from his years of experience. His bad luck occurred 3 years ago when he experienced a falling out with the mayor of Rosemead that has severely affected his reputation, freedom and ability to be functional and free from daily harassment from public and private entities.

He's seems highly ethical but abandoned to chance and the system that does not care how it processes people through it when the go through hard times nor consider they are wrongfully being marked for legitimately standing up for themselves.

Kevin briefly mentioned there is much corruption within the Welfare system in California with a criminal cartel like feeling of families that own, operate and collect funding to propagate their lineage. I cannot substantiate his claims but he has many life experience stories which are invaluable for people who desire to help make the world a better place by stating the corruption in the homeles care system that is in need of serious overhaul since it now serves a majority of seniors in Los Angeles and not very well if you are not a tech savvy person and must keep track of everything they require in order to get anything done in addition to caring for yourself homeless and without any real friends.

He has experienced many things in life and my hope is for him to become better off for doing the right thing his life by making it public here and stand for what he know is true despite it making him go crazy at times since no one helps the hopeless nowadays without some payoff.

I am posting this in good faith that what he said ws true and for the betterment of mankind who should be free to experience joy in life and have support from a total stranger.
