Scientists Finally Revealed Why the Great Pyramid’s Summit Is Missing, and Where It Went

in this video, we talk about the missing summit of the Great Pyramid and investigate what may have once stood at its peak—and why it disappeared. We trace the pyramid’s lost limestone casing from Giza to medieval Cairo, explore ancient accounts of its flat summit, and examine clues from recovered capstones, carved reliefs, and the planned but cancelled 1999 replacement. we also discussed Khufu’s “Horizon,” the possibility that pyramid tips were covered in electrum, and what the evidence can—and cannot—tell us about the stone that has never been found.
