AI GeneratedA solo camper and his dog, Beauty, spend a night at a lakeside camp in early spring to test a merino wool blanket and a canvas tarp shelter. The trip combines primitive fire-starting practice with environmental reconnaissance to assess ice melt for an upcoming canoe trip, concluding with a surprising discovery of massive black fly larvae populations.
