Pet of the Day: Meet Blue!

Welcome back to Good Day Atlanta at 10:52. It's time to introduce you to today's pet of the day. We're with Paws Atlanta and Pam joins us with this cute baby blue. I'm trying to turn her so you can see her, how beautiful she is. She is gorgeous. She is gorgeous. Oh my goodness. Let's see if you could see these eyes. There we go. So her name is Blue. She's about four months old. she's a complete mix um she was she had a little bit of a rough start she was found living we don't know for how many weeks underneath a truck and then she went to a foster home um and they she was so she has been around dogs she has lived with the family for a little while um but since she came back to shelter she's been vaccinated she's been spayed she's completely ready for a new start on life um she is very much a puppy so she's going to need lots of training she's going to need to learn how to walk on the leash how to be housebroken but once you put the you know the time in and effort. She is going to be an amazing, amazing family dog. I promise you that she is beautiful. Her coloring is like silver, gray, and beige. She is in those eyes. Oh my goodness. Hence the name Blue. Yeah. Hence the name Blue. Oh, she's gorgeous. I mean, she's gorgeous. Like I said, this is the calm side of her. She's extremely social. She's gone to a lot of our events. She's gone to our big fundraiser party for the Paws as well. And she's loved. She is great. She just wants the safety of being in a home, the consistency of the same person, same family. If you have dogs, perfect time to introduce her to new dogs. If you have cats, same thing as well. And I did want to mention, we are having a partnership starting on Sunday with Subaru and all adoption fees are going to be waived, but you still have to go through the whole adoption process, the application, the approval process. But you know, sometimes it'll help out some families to get a dog or her cat for that matter as well so that starts on sunday all the information will be on our website but please someone who's interested in getting a new dog she's a perfect new dog she's gorgeous she's gorgeous so if you've never had one before think about her and if you want to add an addition to your family please consider you could take her anywhere she really really is a good good girl all right guys so if you're interested in adopting this beautiful girl you can fill out an application for Blue you just go to fox5atlanta.com and navigate to the Good Day section and click on Pet of the Day.
