New additions at NoVa Wild Zoo and Safari Park in Virginia

There are some new additions at Nova Wild Zoo and Safari Park in Vienna. Our animal lover, Fox 5's Jen Delgado, takes us inside. Well, we are out here at the Nova Wild Zoo and Safari Park. We are inside the gift shop, and as we were saying, there are two new additions. One of them is the blue ring octopus. It's kind of hard to see, but it's living in its tank. Right now, it comes all the way from Australia. It's little, it's lethal, but there's also another new guy in town. They're giving us a sneak preview and a look at this. So this is the clouded leopard. It is coming out, and we're going to show you this new addition. It is on the endangered list. And, John, we are going to be talking to you while you're walking that beautiful clouded leopard. He's taking a look outside. But, John, tell us a little bit about this leopard and what it makes it so special. All right. So something that makes this leopard so special is that he is actually from one of the largest areas that is suffering from deforestation in the world. And so basically, these guys are ambassadors. So they come out and walk around the park. They get an opportunity to teach guests about clouded leopard conservation. And he is here to give you guys a little announcement that we are having a sale. We have half off a bucket of animal feed from October 29th to November 3rd, as long as you dress up in your best Halloween costume. You don't have to come as a leopard, but dress up as something. So when we're talking about this leopard here, it has very deep ties to a prehistoric animal. That is right. So we have big cats, we have small cats, and then we have the missing link. And the missing link is Bo right here, and he is the only living relative of the saber-toothed tiger that still exists today. Wow, I mean, it's stunning. I mean, I see the size of its paws. How much bigger will this get? I mean, this is just a new addition here. Yeah, so right now, Bo weighs right around 40 pounds, and he can get upwards of 50 to 70 pounds. So currently, he is a year and about a month old. A year and a month old. I bet he eats a lot of food. He does, he wants some meat.
