Homeland Security agents just raided the home
of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar 6 a.m. in the morning
on Columbus Day. Nothing quite says happy
holidays like federal agents at your front
door before breakfast. But here's the twist, guys.
The warrant, secured by the Department
of Justice, signed by a judge from the D.C. federal court,
the most anti-Trump courthouse
in America, a building that's so packed with Obama and Biden pics,
the vending machine probably has
a resist sticker on it these judges tell Donald Trump
no faster than a teenager asked to take out
the trash and this time oh they actually said yes now let
that marinate guys now naturally the media
had its excuse loaded before
the agents finished parking Trump did it revenge Trump secretly
controls the same judges
who spent years ruling against him truly the worst mind control in
recorded history so now you guys remember
Mar-a-Lago right agents raided President Trump's
home in 2022, sniffing the drawers of Melania Trump,
and cable news reacted like it was Christmas
morning. Balloons, confetti, and now it's one of their own.
And suddenly, raids are political.
Oh, and it gets even bigger, guys.
Talk of a possible RICO case. That's right, questions
about how Elon Omar actually became a citizen,
a financial disclosure that showed up to $25
million one year and then almost nothing the next year.
Now, most of us lose our car keys,
we don't tend to lose $25 million.
So, is Minnesota next? Could she lose her seat,
her citizenship, or is the rest
of the squad suddenly very interested in their own paperwork?
Meanwhile, in Baltimore,
school board members are now pulling six figures from non-profits.
One is linked to $427,000 a year.
Most of the kids they oversee can't even read or do basic math.
The kids can't add. The adults? Somehow experts at multiplication.
Now today we're going to connect every dot
that the media tripped over on its way to blame Trump.
So if you're new here, welcome to the channel.
Hit subscribe, it's totally free, which is
more than we can say for most of these non-profits.
Oh, and if we've earned it,
guys, hit the like button on the way out.
No non-profit required. Let's go. Picture this,
right? So it's Monday, it's Columbus Day.
Most of Washington was asleep. Some folks are dreaming
about a three-day weekend.
And just after 6 in the morning, federal agents roll up to
Ilhan Omar's house in D.C. and kick the doors in.
Not a phone call, not a polite letter,
a knock. Homeland Security Investigations,
HSI, they're on the scene. The Department
of Justice is right behind it.
Agents walking in, walking out, carrying who knows what.
Somebody's neighbor definitely spilled their coffee.
Ilhan Omar, not home. No comment,
silent. Omar, which was raided earlier
this morning by Homeland Security investigators.
David Spahn has the latest. David.
Well, hey, good morning. We're told this happened a little
bit shortly after six o'clock this morning here
at Congresswoman Omar's home in Washington, D.C.
It's unclear if she's home at this time.
It does not appear so because we've been out here for
several hours now after this happened.
You can see on scene behind me, there are several
investigators from Homeland Security
investigations. I'm going to back out of the
way. Homeland Security Investigations, they go by HSI.
They are on scene. Also told that DOJ
involved in this investigation.
We don't have details, guys, specifically about what the
investigation entails, but we can report that it
is a federal criminal investigation. I want to
read a statement from a DOJ spokesperson.
It says, quote, Today in the Washington, D.C. area,
Homeland Security Investigations executed
a judicially authorized search warrant secured
by the Department of Justice.
This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal criminal
investigation. Again,
we are out here at the congresswoman's home in Washington, D.C.
No public comments from her at this time,
but agents have been out here for several hours,
fairly quiet on the street today
on this Columbus Day here in Washington, D.C. A couple of
agents outside going in and out of the home,
but not a real strong presence,
but still no comment from the congresswoman at this time
but we can't confirm she is under
federal criminal investigation i do want
to add one more thing if i can guys a judge did have to
sign off on this search warrant this is not something DOJ
or homeland security could just
do ad hoc this is something a federal judge would have had
to sign off on for them behind me to be
here today guys so so david we are reaching out
to our sources one of our sources is telling us
This is in connection with a RICO investigation.
My question is, since they've raided the D.C. home,
is Minnesota being raided at the same time right now, or do we know?
Yeah, we have no information on Minnesota.
It's a question we've asked.
Nothing at this time.
We obviously know she lives in Minnesota.
She may presumably be there right now.
That could be part of the investigation.
But as far as the D.C. angle of this,
we just know the D.C. home right now is part of this investigation.
But certainly a judge in Minnesota would have
that option to give authorities that opportunity
to go and check out a home there.
But as of now, we just have this home confirmed.
All right, David, great stuff.
If anything else breaks, please come back to us.
More Fox and Friends next.
The DOJ put out a statement,
a judicially authorized search warrant, part of an ongoing
federal criminal investigation.
Keyword is criminal here, guys, not a review,
not a misunderstanding criminal.
Now, you might be thinking, wait a second,
people have whispered about an investigation
going on for months. Didn't she have time to clean the house?
Well, maybe. This is exactly
why agents show up at dawn.
No warning, no heads up, nothing gets shredded, nothing gets deleted
or flushed. Nothing takes a surprise trip to the dumpster.
6am, guys. It's not rude. It's a
strategy. Agents knocked at 6am.
The media had a villain picked out by 8am. Impressive speed.
Terrible accuracy. Now,
you deserve the facts before the spin even gets out of bed. This is
what the Ron Yates Report Newsletter is for,
it's free, straight to your inbox. There's
no cable news panel required.
Because when fraud like this gets exposed, it's not just
a headline, it's your taxpayer dollars,
it's your kid's school, it's your wallet.
You need to know what it means for you before
the talking heads tell you how to feel. I'll
leave a link for you in the description below. You can join free.
So now, how long do you think it took the media
to find a villain? A week? A day? Try
a couple of hours. The story was ready to go.
This is Donald Trump getting revenge on
his biggest enemy. Wow, right? Incredible reporting.
Didn't even need the facts. Who
needs facts, right? But here's the problem.
One tiny little problem. A president cannot sign
a search warrant. Not Trump, not Obama, not Biden.
Nobody in the Oval Office. Only a judge can.
So for the Trump did it story to work,
Trump would need to basically secretly control the
same DC judges who spent years blocking him.
So if he had that power, don't you think he would
have used it literally any time before now.
So here's the real point, guys. This is not really
about who Trump likes or dislikes.
This is about one simple question. Does the law apply to
everybody, including a member of Congress?
Because if the answer is no, then we don't have laws. We
have suggestions. So let's talk about who actually signed the warrant,
shall we? This was a judge in
the D.C. federal court. Now, if you're not a courtroom nerd,
here's what you need to know.
To get a search warrant, the government needs probable cause.
This is fancy talk for a judge looked at the evidence and said,
yep, it's more likely than not that there
is proof of a crime in that house.
Judge saw enough to conclude that there
was probable cause, was there not,
that a federal issue is raised, criminal issue is raised,
and that there could be evidence of a crime in that residence.
That's right. And there are reports today that that judge was a
Democratic appointee and may actually have been a Democratic donor.
This is not the type of figure right out of some MAGA conspiracy.
There's a judge who looked at this and said,
yeah, you've got probable cause to go forward.
And as you say, Laura, you know,
we have to see how serious is the misrepresentation?
Was there knowledge to support a conspiracy?
All of that's going to be coming out,
presumably through this investigation.
and i think we have to just allow that to unfold now
this is not a hunch this is not a rumor this
is evidence and so this wasn't just any old judge
this was DC, the DC court is stacked with Barack
Obama and Joe Biden picks. Why? Because DC has no home state senators
so there's no blue slip, there's
no senator to slow down a nominee
and Obama era Democrats changed the filibuster rules so that
they could fill those seats fast.
Translation, the court is the least Trump-friendly building
on planet Earth. Getting a yes there is kind
of like asking your ex to co-sign for your car loan,
and they said yes anyway.
So ask yourself, what exactly did they see here? Now, look,
you already know that one relative
who swears that this is just Trump being petty. Go ahead
and send them this video.
Then ask them this one question: which anti-Trump judge did Trump
bully into signing? Grab some popcorn, guys.
I'm waiting for the answer. You'll probably still be
waiting. So let's go ahead
and take a little trip down memory lane, shall we? August 2022,
agents raid Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump's home, former president.
And how did the media react?
Like their team just won the Super Bowl.
Panels, graphics, breaking news banners,
legal experts practically doing cartwheels on live TV.
No, no one is above the law is what
they shouted over and over again into every camera
that they could find. Great slogan,
we agree. Fast forward to today, agents knock on Ilhan Omar's door
and all of a sudden raids are
concerning raids are political. It's funny how
that works right? I guess it just depends on who's
getting raided. My thing is I'm going back to all
the hypocrisy that I've seen today, the left saying
that this is weaponization literally
when they raided Mar-a-Lago, watch this, the mainstream media
have appeared to be delighted about
the raid, perp walked, orange jumpsuit, that's what the
left was celebrating. They said it was, they said it
was Christmas. In fact, this is Stephen Colbert
commenting on the celebration: maybe hot outside
but in here it's Christmas because yesterday
we all got the present we wanted: FBI agents
now I expect Ilhan Omar to call this political
she'll call it weaponization. Speaking
of orange jumpsuits perhaps she needs to have
an orange jumpsuit, maybe perhaps she should
be perp walked if we use that kind of language can
you imagine the outrage that the left would have right now
so we should use it but if the evidence
is there they need to show it if it isn't say
so loudly put this girl behind bars if she's earned
it either way a judge will decide not you
and i not twitter but remember that none of us are above
the law. And when you see people being held to a standard,
it's good for America. This is good
for America when we're holding Republicans
and Democrats to a standard. And this year we've
had an unprecedented history, I think, of doing that.
Same tool, same kind of warrant, same
signature from a judge.
The only thing that changed is whose house it was. So which is it?
Is nobody above the law or just nobody wearing a red hat?
Because a rule that only works on
one team is not a rule. It's more like a weapon.
Here's all we've ever asked for. One rule for
everybody. Congresswoman, president, school board member,
doesn't matter. This is not radical. It's
just fair. So now, here's a question everybody's asking.
What about Minnesota? Because Ilhan Omar
doesn't just live in D.C. Her real home base is in Minnesota.
That's her district. That is her
people. That's where she votes.
This is where the really interesting paperwork tends to live. So,
so far, only the D.C. home is confirmed. Nothing in Minnesota. Not yet.
But here's where it gets rather spicy.
A source told Fox News that this could be connected to
a RICO investigation.
One source, unnamed, so hold it loosely with a grain of salt, but
still hold it. So what is RICO?
It's the law that prosecutors use to take down organized crime,
mob bosses, gangs, cartels, whole crews that are working together.
It was built for groups,
not for one person who forgot to fill out some form.
So think about it, right? If this is really
Rico, then it's not about one congresswoman.
It's about everybody connected to her. And somewhere
in Minnesota tonight, a few people are probably checking
the locks twice and they're practicing
their best. Ilhan who? Yeah.
So what were the agents actually looking after? Well, early reports
point to one word, immigration.
So how did Ilhan Omar get into this country and how did she become
an American citizen? Well,
there's long-running allegations that she committed marriage fraud
and that she lied about her age when she arrived.
Now, let's be very clear. These are allegations,
guys, not proven. Ilhan Omar has flatly denied the marriage claim.
But a judge doesn't sign
a warrant over some rumors,
so something in that file got somebody's attention.
Now, here's the part that's really going to make your blood boil.
Do you know what it takes to run
for Congress. You need to be 25, a citizen for seven years,
and live in the state. That's it.
There's no background check. Nobody double checks your paperwork.
Nobody calls your references.
It's probably harder to get hired for Chick-fil-A.
Now you need more vetting to coach
Little League than to write federal law, which is wild, right?
To coach eight-year-olds,
they run a background check.
To help run the country, oh, just fill out this form,
smile and you know be 25 years or older
and you win what could possibly go wrong now let's talk
about money guys because this is the wild part one
year Ilhan Omar's financial disclosure reportedly
showed up to 25 million dollars
in assets 25 million okay the next year it got corrected
down to almost nothing now maybe even less than nothing right
so she went from 25 million dollars
It's like, you know, you're a millionaire to now you're like,
you're in the hole, you're in debt.
Oh, and the explanation: crickets.
We haven't heard one that makes sense. Think about that,
right? Most of us panic when 20 bucks goes missing from our wallet.
We check the couch cushions. We
look under the car seat. We check the laundry.
We interrogate the dog. $25 million, just poof.
Either somebody had the worst year in the history of money
or somebody's spreadsheet needs a lawyer.
Try telling the IRS oops and see how well that goes.
Now, here's the thing, guys,
Members of Congress have to report
their money every year to the House of Representatives
under penalty of law. It's not optional.
It's not, well, this is my best guess. No. So when
the numbers swing this hard,
people tend to ask questions and they're fair questions. And now
federal agents might be asking them too.
So now I know what you're thinking, right? Ron,
where are the handcuffs? Me too, guys. Me too.
But here's how this actually works. Step one,
Agent search, step two, they go through the evidence.
Step three, a grand jury decides
whether to bring charges.
And then, and only then, can an arrest happen. So a raid really
isn't the finish line. It's kind of more like the starting gun.
So could she lose her seat? Yes,
but I'm going to keep it real with you, it ain't easy.
The House of Representatives,
they would have to vote to kick her out.
Two-thirds of them, in fact. So getting two-thirds
of Congress to really agree on anything,
that's harder than getting a cat into a bathtub. Could
she lose her citizenship? Also, yes.
If a court finds citizenship was gained through fraud,
it can take it back. It's called denaturalization.
Now, criminal charges have time limits,
but the court route to strip citizenship doesn't run on the same clock.
And this DOJ has already
said denaturalization is a top priority.
So if the evidence holds, could becomes will.
Now, let's go ahead and play devil's advocate just for a second,
guys. What if this is nothing,
like a big old nothing burger.
Wouldn't be the first time, right? What if agents walk out with
a box of old takeout menus and a coffee mug?
Then this is a disaster for the Trump administration.
Huge embarrassment. Every network would run it
for a good month, maybe even two,
with some dramatic music, of course.
So ask yourself, why would the Department of Justice
take that risk? Why go to the most anti-Trump court in America,
lay out the evidence, and then
roll the dice in front of the whole country?
Unless, unless the evidence is real. Now,
You guys remember John Bolton?
When agents searched his home, plenty of voices rushed
to call it political. Revenge. Payback. A witch hunt.
But then a federal grand jury indicted him
over how he handled classified information.
It's funny how political starts to sound a lot like
evidence once a grand jury gets involved.
Nobody's saying Ilhan Omar is guilty. That's for a court.
But nobody bets the farm on a big ol' nothing burger either
with extra cheese and glazed onions
and some fresh tomatoes.
Okay, so let's go ahead and switch cities, guys, because this one will
make you sick. Baltimore, Maryland. Yes, Maryland.
Now, most of the kids in the city schools,
they can't read or do math at grade level.
Those are children, real kids with real futures.
And so who's in charge of fixing that?
The Baltimore City School Board. So you would
think that the board would be laser focused on reading and math, right?
Well, Fox 45 News in
Baltimore, they did a little digging.
They tied all 14 board members to nonprofits. All 14. Take
the Gary I. Strasburg Children's Cable Education Fund.
Every board member is listed as an officer.
Its mission? Installing cable TV for students.
In 2025, it reported over $3 million in assets.
Cable TV for kids who can't read the channel guide?
Okay. And then there's board member
Ashia Parker. She's tied to the No Boundaries Coalition
that that non-profit brings in about
$1.5 million a year and she reportedly makes $120,000 there.
Must be nice. The kids get
failing grades. The adults get paid.
And then of course there's board member Muhammad. Muhammad
is linked to a non-profit showing about $427,000 a year in payments.
You want to guess how many
employees that non-profit list zero none nada 427 grand zero employees
who's answering that phone
the ghost that's either the most efficient charity
in american history or somebody's got some
explaining to do man so you got no overhead 427 000
is that all going in your back pocket of the
current baltimore city school board members fox 45 news found
their names connected to 14 non-profits
in recent years, according to IRS filings,
including this one, the Gary I. Strasburg
Children's Cable Education Fund.
Every Baltimore City School Board member is listed as an officer
of this non-profit, including Muhammad.
Its mission is to enhance the educational resources
of city students by installing cable television and related equipment.
In 2025, the non-profit
reported more than $3 million in assets and $243,000 in revenue.
American taxpayers really
are just being robbed blind.
So I have this list made and here is every member of that school board
and the nonprofits that they are associated with.
I can basically prove to you in two seconds that
this is all just a giant money laundering scam.
It is all fraud. Look at this guy right here. We
have Muhammad okay how much
is he making well we have right here he's part of the keys and powers
and look how much he's making 427,000 per year
and guess what he has no employees i can prove
that to you too right here payments with zero employees listed
so one of these school board
members has a non-profit making over 400,000 a year he's
also part of this other non-profit
the Children's Cable Education Fund i mean it is just wild
and there are there are more examples
of this too you have this person right here Ashia Parker look
at this she is with No Boundaries
Coalition that's a non-profit they make 1.5 million in revenue
and she's making 120,000
so all of these salaries are stackable from all
these different non-profits plus your school board
they are just raking it in so the logical next question would
be how many of these people are
Democrats? Well, you can already guess every single one is a Democrat.
Not a single one is
not a Democrat. They are all either Democrats
or appointed by the Democrat mayor. So that just
tells you everything you need to know.
Democrats are the party of NGO money laundering. They are
getting filthy rich with our tax dollars.
Now, here's the trick. These paychecks stack
school board seats plus nonprofit A plus nonprofit B like
a pancake breakfast, except you're paying
for it. Make sure that my syrup is extra warm, please.
Now, if stacking paychecks were a school
subject, this board would finally have something to brag about.
Oh, in politics, 11 of the 14 board
members are Democrats. The other three have no voting record at all.
Meanwhile, the kids are
still waiting. Now, the fix isn't complicated.
If money was taken that shouldn't have been taken,
seize it, recover it, and put every single
dollar back where it belongs. In the classroom,
buying books, hiring tutors,
not padding a non-profit that nobody works at. So look,
you got one congresswoman whose home gets raided,
one school board gets exposed. Is that the end?
Or is this the very beginning?
Because if the evidence holds on Ilhan Omar, people are going
to start asking about the rest of the squad.
Their group chat? Yeah. People very, very quiet
tonight. Oh, and Baltimore?
They can't be the only school board playing this game.
Here's a bigger picture, folks.
The government accountability office, the government's own
watchdog, estimates hundreds of billions
of dollars are lost to improper payments and fraud
every single year. Every single year.
This is your money, your paycheck, your groceries.
Jail matters. But so does getting the money back, every penny.
And you can help. Nonprofit tax
filings are public free.
Go to ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer and look up your own school
board tonight. So, tell me below, jail, full payback, or both?
And should Minnesota be next?
If the evidence holds, nobody gets a pass.
Not a congresswoman, not a school board. Folks, look,
we were told to look away. We didn't.
If this opened your eyes even a little bit,
hit the like button on the way out.
You just learned a non-profit can report $427,000
with zero employees. Now,
imagine what turns up when somebody keeps digging every single week.
somebody does, the Ron Yates Report newsletter.
It's in plain English, the stuff that hits your
taxes, your savings, and your local schools before it hits
your bill. And unlike certain
nonprofits, it's actually free and real people actually work here.
