What You Need:

6 thin porkchops
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Salt+pepper

Tonkatsu is one of the tastiest ways you can enjoy a porkchop.

First, poke your porkchops with a fork. This will make them easier to eat later. Season all your porkchops with salt and pepper, both sides.

In a small bowl, whisk your eggs together and mix in your milk. Now assemble a dredging station. Flour, egg mixture and panko. With your left hand dust your chops with flour, move it to the egg then with your right hand, cover it in panko. Repeat with all your porkchops.

Now to make tonkatsu sauce, you just need to combine equal parts worshteshire sauce and ketchup. Set it aside. Heat a pot of oil to 350 degrees and fry your chops a few minutes until they’re nice and golden.

Put them on a cooling rack while you fry the rest of them. Alright, slice them up and plate them with some shredded cabbage. It’s a weird flavor combination, but trust me it works. Slather on your tonkatsu sauce and get your noms on. Mmm.
