I built a full product launch with packaging, posters, social posts, website banners, and launch videos, and I didn’t design any of it from scratch. In this video, I show you how to teach an AI design agent your brand one time and then let it create on-brand assets at scale. We use Lovart 2.0 and its new design agent to launch Alto Maple, a fall flavor for our Alto cold brew brand. You will see how to lock a brand kit with agent memory, generate a full launch kit and videos in one prompt, and catch mistakes with a canvas review. I also set up a weekly automated content task and save the whole workflow as a reusable skill. Lovart partnered with me on this video, so you can support the channel by trying Lovart at the link above or commenting “Lovart", their vids at @lovart_ai

------------------- Clips channel @jonlawclips
I do NOT sell any products of my own. Watch out for scams.
So what you're looking at right now is a full product launch,
having packaging posters,
social posts, the website banners, all perfectly on brand and styled.
And I didn't design any of
it from scratch. What I did is I taught an AI agent my brand one time,
and then just let it go
create all this stuff.
I fixed a few things, I gave it some feedback, it iterated, and I had
all of my final design.
So if you do the setup right, you can get insane leverage out of AI
design tools and that's the focus of the workflow we're going
to go over in this video we have a
fictional coffee brand called Alto maybe soon
to be real coffee brand that we've been building
on the channel for a very long time now
so what we're going to do for these walkthroughs
is imagine that we're launching a new product for the coffee brand
and then go through and create
those design assets using this approach
so my goal is for that to illustrate how you can do the same
for your business that's going to be the video it's going
to be a fun one let's go now i think
everyone these days accepts that you should absolutely
be using AI for design work but a
lot of people do it in the wrong way right there's
been this trend recently of pointing out kind of
AI slop posters that different businesses have
been making don't do that and then the big other
mistake that people make is they do things one
at a time they go into like ChatGPT and they're like
make me an image it makes one image
and then they're like make me another image it makes
from another image and that that just takes soul
that that's just that's in no world is that the
way to do it and you're going to see that visually
in the next few minutes you want something that
acts like a designer it learns your brand
and then it can produce at scale using lots of different
actual AI models so we're going to jump
into my computer now there are a few platforms out there
that can do this the one we're using in this video
is a platform called Lowart i've been following
these guys since they were in you know beta wait list
a few years ago now they're at like 12 million
users i don't know a lot of users
so they are a long time partner of the channel and they launched
Lowart 2.0 with a design agent that they call Artie
and it's basically just that it's a design agent
it'll take initiative it'll do things
for you you're gonna see all of that so we're gonna do
this on Lowart now if you want to support
the channel you can head to lowart.ai to do that
or comment Lowart under this video
so you can build your brand kit alongside me and so thanks
to Lowart for partnering once again with me on this video
and now let's jump into it so here we
are inside the Lowart platform at lowart.ai
and if you haven't seen the Alto Cold Brew brand
from the channel before here's what that looks like here's the logo
and then here is the cold
brew and what we want to start off by doing
is building the brand kit for our business for this
business this is the exact same step you should start
with now if we jump back into Lowart if
you see Artie here this is the agent
and the agent is going to have a memory now jump back to the
home page here and we're going to create our brand kit
in the easiest way possible we're literally
just going to upload these references
or images of our product into the video. I'm uploading all
of this, and then I'm pasting this product.
So remember these brand rules for all colors are,
you know, espresso brown and cream and burnt amber.
The logo is used exactly as it actually,
never redrawn. And then here's the tone or the vibe that I like for it.
So that's all I'm going
to say. I'm not going to click any special buttons
or brand or brand kit, and I'm going to let that
run. Now we can see here the standard kind
of chat interface that you're familiar with is going to
open up and then the Canvas interface
is the predominant modality for design. You'll see that
in a second as well. Okay,
so we can see now the agent is asking what kind of assets we want to
create. But before we go there, I want to jump back to home.
And then again, we're going to go
to the RD agent. And now we can see here under memory
from that one prompt, a brand kit that's
set up in a visual style using those exact colors
and this right here is indicative of where most
people go wrong with ai for design you just start creating your assets
but with that one step what
we're able to do is standardize
or lock our design system our brand kit our colors our logo and now
the agent is going to be able to reuse these assets
and build with this design system in mind
for everything all the dozens
or hundreds of assets we're going to create throughout
the remainder of this video now you can manually edit
the memory by clicking right here if you'd
like to but really anytime something important
is said the agent is intelligent enough to
automatically store that into its memory
so that said we can jump back into the project and this
is the second amazing thing about this system
which i just said which is you can create a lot
of assets at once so we're not going to sit here
and be like create logo image one create logo
image two create image one we're just literally going
to do all of it in one prompt and then
iterate from there as we need to so i've pasted
so i've pasted this prompt right we're launching
alto maple a limited fall flavor of our cold brew concentrate
with maple and toasted oats notes
create a full launch kit a front bottle label product hero shot
a2 launch poster instagram post
the website banner and we're just going to leave
this on agent right here it'll automatically send
that work to different ai models to optimize for cost
and performance let's just go ahead and see
what we can create from this prompt
and let it run now here as well you're going to start to see the
canvas modality open up so right now
with this chat interface that you're used to and then we'll
get into the canvas which is how you actually edit now already
is asking a few questions for the
pixel dimensions for banners let's uh go for this one
and then should the front bottle label be
delivered as final label artwork
or mock-up um let's say bottle mock-up with label applied and
then for instagram posts do we want
the same tagline let's go ahead with the same tagline
across all assets and click submit
and now here we can see that canvas as mentioned so we can create
lots of assets in here and then there'll
be a little edit panel as well we've covered this in
more depth in prior videos okay
so it finished the first of the images there you can see the auto
maple uh text looks great you can see this was generated
with gpt image player which is one of
the newer image models out of gpt
and now we can see another five images start to generate there'll
be more i'm sure after that and this is the canvas as mentioned
and if i click on an image that i can
see the whole edit panel a lot of different tools here we're
not going to get into them in this
video we have more so in prior to be able to start editing you can
also see how fast this is in real
time like this is not set up um and all these images
are looking really really good actually
i'm a fan of these so we can see
our auto maple cold brew concentrates more images are starting
to be generated and i mean look at the realism
on the leaves i think all of this looks good
my favorite just cleanliness wise i think it's going
to be this white background image right
and then i think what's important to note here
as well if you did this without locking those
brand assets these colors would not be the same
but we can see the same cream the same white in
all of the images
and now we're seeing other dimensions get finished here as well so the
assets are ready uh let me go ahead
and drag these over here we'll just make this a little bit
cleaner and then i'm going to go ahead
and add a text element on screen i'll call it launch asset
and okay so now we have a clean little page for our images
so that's one prompt we've gone through
two steps so we've locked the brand assets
and then we've asked for a full launch set we got
that looks great and what i want to do immediately now
is generate a set of videos that are similar
to these assets we've created.
So I'm just going to leave this open-ended. Let's say
I also want some launch videos. Go ahead and create those.
So let's say we want a Instagram
reel, a story video, and a paid social video.
Let's say a bottle reveal and we want let's say
background music only and we'll click submit.
Now if you want to separate out your canvases
or your projects what you can do is click plus up here you can have
those you know different pages
to store the assets for example we could have videos
on a separate page from the graphics
asset so we can see the background music
was generated this is a full 3 minute and 15 second
track let's give it a listen so nice music there
and now we can see using Suna 2.0 it's generating
five videos simultaneously now
while it's running this i want to jump over to the settings for
Arti and you can see something called canvas checkup
is turned on currently to run eight
times a day and what this is is Arti proactively going
and checking up on your canvas and your
assets and doing some kind of work for you.
What we're going to do here in a second is manually
trigger a run like that but just keep in mind
that this will be done by default this canvas
checkup as long as you have it turned
on and that is that evolution into the more agentic kind of
design agent or partner kind of a system okay we can see
the first two videos are done here
uh let's give this one a watch
so we have a leaf falling it actually looks pretty good
simulating a leaf physics uh leaf physics i imagine
is hard we have the zoom in overall
looks good that is a bottle product reveal like we asked
for we can see another one here where
we have text on top and a background i like
this one more i think this is just you know we get a
bit more text a little more action in there
so that looks good and we have a similar deal here
now you can see some of those uh more video
oriented tools like extending a video and trimmer
so just keep in mind those are there if you do want them
and let's also just to keep the canvas
clean we'll create a separate little page over here
and we'll say videos and now here's a
instagram real version of that so we have
the music you can hear added in the background so
that's exactly what we asked for if we wanted something
that's like higher energy with more
cuts we could just ask for it as well and that'll get done
and you can see we're still getting more
assets generated here we're up to seven videos
that are being generated uh in one single prompt
okay and now we're going to start that manual canvas review
so i'm going to press on the agent
right here and then right here i can press start canvas review
to find issues in project assets
we can see the agent is working
and that review is getting done we can see that in the review
one issue was found on the canvas
so the website banners are not the exact requested pixel
dimensions what we can say is something like fix that issue
and then it'll go ahead and fix the
issue. It's a pretty cool kind of, again,
proactive way for the AI to fix its own mistakes if there
are any over time. So this is our launch package, right?
We have our assets on the graphic side and
on the video side, but we need new content weekly, right?
This is not like a one-time deal where you
launch it and you never need anything again.
So I want to show you and wrap this up with a final
pretty cool feature here.
We're going to jump back into, let's say, just home, and then I'm
going to press on delegated tasks right here.
And this is exactly what it sounds like. It's our
already agent working for us while we sleep, so to speak.
I'll click on new tasks. I'll say
auto contents. And then I'll say this.
Every Monday, research with spending and coffee,
morning routines and productivity on Instagram
and X. Pick two topics and then create an Instagram
posts and creates a caption for said post.
So we'll set that to run weekly on Monday at 9am
and we'll deliver it to this Alto project that we just went ahead
and created. We'll set a credit
limit of 1000. Let's go ahead and click create.
So now every week we're going to get a few social
posts just made for us and what we can do to test
this is click run now. So it's going to open up a
new page and now it's going to finish the task.
And now while it's running that, the final kind
of demo or feature here I want to double click
on is kind of the meta skill of this, right? This is
a skill. Being able to do this, create this with AI is a skill.
But can we package up that skill
and let AI regulate when and how we do the skill?
I know it's a lot of words, but basically what
we're going to do is this.
So we're here in our launch asset package. I'm going to say,
save the launch kit workflow that we just did
as a reusable skill called the alto seasonal launch
kit so everything we just did is going
to get wrapped up by the agent and then can be used
in the future by the agent so all we have to say
in the future is just hey i'm launching this flavor
go and it will go reference that skill
and know exactly what to do to do all of this without us
having to sit there and prompt it again
and we can see over here the two generations finished
it's just going to be writing the captions right now that's pretty cool
but let's jump back over
here and we'll go ahead
and create the skill to wrap up the walkthrough okay so it asked some
questions i just said you know you go do it for me it created the skill
and now let's go ahead and
click try the skill and what i'm going to say here
is my flavor is alto peppermint mocha so this is
our final test we built all the assets we packed that into a skill
and now can we just say hey
i'm running a peppermint mocha flavor
and can it do it final test let's see how it does we can see
the skill is ready so that's what it is referencing
and here we can see the first of our peppermint
mocha alto cold brew brands with the same colors
the same logo everything locked but with a
different vibe the assets are just popping
into real time i'm going to wrap the video on that
notes, we can see several dozen assets created here so far.
And so if I can impart anything to
you, it's that this is all possible. It's possible now.
The quality is very high. You just need to
approach it in the right way.
So I think overall, what really stands out here to me is number one,
the memory and number two, the ability to generate in bulk.
Again, I think those two things are so
important. We need the AI to understand your brand
and you also need to be able to create at scale,
not one at a time,
using this set of models that is optimized for performance and talk.
Now, what I say is you should put proportionally more effort
into the setup to make sure it really
knows your brand and the colors and the reference images
and logos and brand assets that you give
it. And then I still think that you should review everything, right?
The point of a system like this
is it'll make five or 10 different variations that are all great,
right? But you need to choose the
one that's just right for you that is perfect
and it can create those 10 I don't think it can pick
that one yet I think that part of the process is still on you
and so there you go again if you want
to support this channel and try out low bar
and you didn't already then you can get low bar 2.0
and rt at low bar.ai or by going to the link in the description
or just comment super easy low
bar under this video but either way I hope
the video was helpful to you and you can go do this
yourself for your amazing products and designs.
So I appreciate you being here.
