Hey guys, it's Monte Patty.
How are you? Within Temptation is back
and this is going to be
a live version of The Purge.
Looked like this was released in 2020 and I was looking up
to see an article and I actually found an article under Alt Press
and I'm actually going to read
to you. So basically The Purge revolves around a self-reflection
and a search for redemption.
According to Sharon,
no one gets through life without scars or without affliction.
Amen to that. Oh, my gosh.
And you have to start to realize you've made mistakes,
you know, causing harm, not to only to yourself,
but to others, you know, to confess and to acknowledge
and to accept these mistakes can be a very painful process.
however there's always uh you know acceptance
and burden so there's certain things that you
carry you know that you're gonna have to let go
or apologize so um this song is particular
you know about all that so i've actually reacted
to this like in the past and i like this song
so
let's
check
out
the
live
version
okay
here
we
go
so
the
acoustic
is
horrible
but
sharon's
voice
radiates very very well i can't see i can't see i got
no star of scars cut on my skin
only my truth is weighing with strong words
from the lyrics guys i'm telling you that's a powerful
message right there i like that song
so you should go check out the other reaction i did on that
you'll love it all right guys do me a favor

don't forget hit the bell down below it's

and leave me a comment like i said sometimes live it's like a hit
or miss but i'm telling you

that guys i'll see you next time
