The charges listed in the indictment
reflect the alleged behavior
of a public servant who
put her own financial interests before
the people she was elected to serve.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Virginia's most powerful Democrat just got indicted on RICO charges,
folks. Her daughters got indicted too, even her grandson.
Now, some families, they do Thanksgiving.
This one happens to do all sorts of arraignments instead.
Meet Louise Lucas, 82 years old,
34 years in the Virginia Senate, keeper of the state checkbook
and one of Governor Abigail Spanberger's biggest allies, by the way.
As alleged by the attorney general, Miss Lucas,
for the last nearly five years, accumulated nearly five million dollars
in ill-gotten gains through her criminal enterprise.
Ms. Lucas served in a position of trust for nearly four decades
and served as the President Pro Tempore of the Senate
for the Virginia State Senate for these last five, six years.
During that time, as alleged in the indictment,
her and her six co-conspirators,
instead of serving the public, as was her job,
manufactured and created a criminal enterprise
to illicitly enrich themselves
by procuring sales and stores
and divisions through the marijuana and CBD enterprise.
This is a woman who once posted that she was a grandmother.
She was a grandma who legalized pot
and then opened up her own cannabis store.
Well, we all thought it was a joke.
Federal prosecutors say it was a mission statement.
Well, President Donald J. Trump's Attorney General Todd Blanche
and FBI Director Kash Patel walked up to a podium and read the menu.
Drug trafficking, money laundering, a bribe, guns, nearly $5 million.
and, of course, a phone call.
Phone call always starts it off, right?
So a phone call on a line that the feds were tapping.
Yeah, kind of like in the movies, you know,
they're actually tapping a line and they're like,
hey, what's that sound?
Ah, don't worry about it.
Probably just a bag of potato chips in the background.
The people in the 18th Senatorial District, trust me,
they saw my commercials, they believe what I was saying.
Your message to voters here right now.
My message to voters here is that they know me
and they know when I make a promise
that I deliver on my promises.
I've been representing this community for 30 years,
but I can tell you I'm going to be successful.
And the reason is because the people trust me.
Yeah. Where she allegedly said that she had gotten too old
to not be greedy, too old to not be greedy.
Guys, grandma said the quiet part into a federal microphone.
Oops, my bad. Most grandkids appreciate grandma knitting.
This one allegedly built Lucas Lodge, Lucas Hospitality.
let's not forget about the cannabis outlet down
in Portsmouth I mean you you really have to admire
the branding here I mean brilliant
from a marketing standpoint I mean I can really appreciate that I
mean nothing says criminal mastermind quite like putting
your last name on every door then she went
ahead and campaigned super I mean this is like general
this is like generational wealth stuff
here. Anyway, she goes ahead
and campaign super hard for Governor Spanberger in 2025 folks. In
fact, she pushed a one handgun a month limit on law abiding Virginians.
And then agents found guns
and drugs at the premise that was tied
to the very operation rules for the, and well, nothing for we
right. Governor Spanberger is about to have a very awkward week.
Her side actually calls it
political payback, and she says that it's
the government against the great-grandmother.
Todd Blanche answered in three words.
Read the indictment. The press corps had one burning
question. Was the timing fair?
Not the $5 million, not the guns, not the grandson. The timing. Truly
the journalism's finest hour.
Well, today, guys, we get to ask all the questions that they didn't,
and before we get into it,
if you or someone you love needs Medicare guidance,
chapter offers completely free help guys
these are absolute absolutely miracle workers folks
and they're saving the average senior about 1100 bucks a year
which really isn't too bad if you ask
me phone number is in the description down below
this video 909-563-8279 i would give these guys a
call without any hesitation in fact i'm hearing
that the hold times are a little bit lower on the
weekends now if you're new here guys go ahead
and hit subscribe it's totally free and unlike the
Lucas family and their LLCs it will never appear
in a federal indictment every time i say
Lucas i always think of Frank Lucas yeah you guys remember
that movie with Denzel Washington
yeah Ti was in it anyway if we deliver
on this video drop a like on the way out totally
appreciate you and it's completely legal
which apparently is rarer than you think nowadays so
now a very influential Democrat
from Virginia State Senator Louise Lucas is at the center of a
major FBI corruption investigation.
Right now, in fact, agents are executing search warrants across
the Commonwealth, including her office.
Alex Hogan is in Portsmouth, Virginia. Alex.
Harris, so the FBI here telling us today
that these are court-authorized criminal search warrants
that they are issuing, and they're going into the building behind me.
This is the office here in
Portsmouth of State Senator Louise Lucas.
You can likely see some of the FBI agents behind me.
All of the staffers inside this building were told to come outside.
I could hear them saying that they
were not allowed back in the building.
Throughout the last hour, we've been seeing the FBI come and go,
carrying boxes out of the building.
Now, just across the parking lot,
next to where I am, there is a cannabis dispensary.
We know that the state senator is associated
with several cannabis locations and dispensaries.
And what we're seeing there, a completely different scene,
carrying out. SWAT teams arrived with their weapons drawn,
telling anyone in the building
to come out of the building with their hands up.
We also saw at least three people being taken
away, taken into custody.
First, they were put in handcuffs, put on the ground, and then they
were taken away. So it's
a slightly less large presence than we did see earlier, but there still
is a good amount of FBI agents still here on the ground.
Also, what happened within the last hour,
the Senator Louise Lucas arrived here herself i
was able to speak with her i asked her what her
reaction was to all of this she told me she had
no idea what they were doing here i asked her about
the different locations that they might be she
in response asked me what locations the FBI were at
today we know according to officials
at least 10 locations are being looked at today Harris
Alex, great job. Picture it.
Cameras, cameras are all set up, flags behind a podium
and an 82 year old state senator walking into federal custody.
A grand jury indicted all seven defendants back on October 14th
and it stayed sealed.
That's right, guys. Quiet until this week.
Lucas, Louise Lucas actually surrendered that morning.
And by the afternoon,
she had a court date that she could not reschedule.
so you need to understand
who this is first before we go any further okay when Virginia's
lieutenant governor steps out she runs
the senate every bill that costs a dime goes through her
committee she went toe-to-toe
with Governor Spanberger over the budget guys i mean she
personally torpedoed Glenn Youngkin's sports arena
in Alexandria this woman she could stop a billion
dollar stadium with one phone call a grand jury didn't need
her vote Rico Rico conspiracy alone
carries up to 20 years she's 82 due
to math guys ain't a whole lot of salt left in that
ain't a whole lot of salt left in that timer
so she actually believe it or not she actually spent
34 years writing Virginia's laws turns out
that she really should have read a few federal ones
allegedly so check this out meet the rest of the defendants
because this is this is not some solo
act and this is kind of like what adds
to the RICO charges her daughters Lisa Lucas Burke and
Teresa Lucas Lamb her grandson it's pretty jacked
up grandma got you all wrapped up in this mess
damn it grandma so her grandson Ryan Eckberger
right plus three associates you got Prince
Albert William Hudson, the Virginia state senator,
a Democrat, Louise Lucas, let's listen in.
Seven individuals were arrested
or surrendered for allegedly participating in a large-scale
RICO drug trafficking and money laundering conspiracy.
One of those individuals is the
President pro tempore of the Virginia State Senate,
Lily Louise Lucas of Portsmouth, Virginia.
A federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia returned an
indictment against all seven individuals on October 14th of this year.
The defendants are currently in federal custody, and my understanding
is there's an initial appearance later this afternoon in federal court.
The remaining six defendants listed in the indictment include
Senator Lucas's daughters, Lisa Lucas Burke and Teresa Lucas Lamb,
Ms. Lucas's grandson, Ryan Eichelberger, Prince Albert
William Hudson III, Carlton Upton Jr., and Tameka Johnson.
Senator Lucas has been charged and indicted with five counts.
Racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to distribute
and possess with intent to distribute marijuana,
conspiracy to launder money, conspiracy to commit honest
services fraud, and maintaining a drug-involved premises.
The other counts listed in the indictment that she's
not charged in include possession of a firearm,
in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and wire fraud.
All seven defendants are charged
for their various roles they allegedly played in the Lucas Enterprise.
The indictment alleges that Senator Lucas approved
and directed criminal activities
and other activities to benefit the affairs of the Lucas Enterprise.
That she arranged for the acquisition and distribution of marijuana,
that she supervised the laundering of marijuana proceeds,
and that she used her political influence
to demand and accept a bribe
and attempted to influence Virginia legislation for the benefit
of herself and her family.
As some folks know, since 1992, Senator Lucas has held a position of
trust in the Virginia State Senate.
Since 2020, she has served as the president pro tempore,
where she has served as the presiding member
of the state senate in the absence of the lieutenant
governor at the same time senator lucas has
been the owner of Lucas Lodge LLC, Lucas Hospitality LLC
and the cannabis outlet all three located
in Portsmouth Virginia, the department
of justice intends to prove that senator lucas violated
the trust of the people of Portsmouth
and Chesapeake, Virginia, and of her state senate colleagues.
Through her elected office,
Senator Lucas has been a public servant of the people of Virginia.
Her first duty should have
been looking out for her constituents before herself.
But the charges listed in the indictment
reflect the alleged behavior of a public servant
who put her own financial interests
before the people she was elected to serve.
Whether you are a Democrat or a Republican,
an elected official or an everyday citizen,
nobody is above the law.
If you commit crimes in violation of federal law,
the Department of Justice will prosecute you.
We're here today because of facts and evidence
which led to this investigation to begin many years ago
and facts and evidence that led to the grand jury to indict
Senator Lucas and her alleged co-conspirators,
and the facts and evidence will continue to guide
our federal prosecutors in this case.
I want to take a moment to thank the Federal Bureau
of Investigation, the FBI,
and the U.S. Attorney's Office here in the Eastern District of Virginia
for the work they have done throughout this investigation
and in bringing the charges
here today. And with that,
I will hand it over to Director Patel. Thank you.
Third, you got Carlton Upton Jr. and also Tameka Johnson.
Okay, so check this out. So you got
these businesses. You got Lucas Lodge.
You have Lucas Hospitality. You got Cannabis Outlet.
I wonder if that's like right next to the Nike Outlet.
Anyway, it's all in Portsmouth. So here's
the RICO in plain English.
Normally, the government charges you for one crime. RICO says that the
whole operation is the crime.
Prosecutors, they even gave it a name, the Lucas Enterprise. Sounds
more like a cruise line if you ask me, but it's not.
In fact, picture a family reunion where
everybody brought a lawyer.
Most people bring a dish to an event. No, everybody's bringing a
lawyer here. So here's the part that really stings.
Under RICO, the government can go after
money and property that's tied to a criminal enterprise.
They wanted something to hand down
to the grandkids. One of those grandkids is a co-defendant.
So let that land for a second.
And this is really unprecedented here, guys.
In fact, we already heard the guilty line.
Let's talk about what it's for.
Well, prosecutors, they're saying
that the goal was generational wealth.
She allegedly called it the family's last chance.
Now, I don't know about you,
but most people chase generational wealth using a 401k,
maybe an IRA, an individual retirement account.
Prosecutors are actually saying that the Lucas family picked
a completely different investment.
marijuana, laundered cash, and a state Senate seat.
Now, here's how it allegedly worked.
Sell the product, wash the money.
Thank you, General. As alleged by the
Attorney General, Ms. Lucas, for the last nearly five years,
accumulated nearly $5 million in
ill-gotten gains through her criminal enterprise.
Ms. Lucas served in a position of trust for nearly
four decades and served as the President Pro Tempore
of the Senate for the Virginia State
Senate for these last five, six years.
During that time, as alleged in the indictment,
her and her six co-conspirators,
instead of serving the public, as was her job,
manufactured and created a criminal enterprise
to illicitly enrich themselves by procuring
sales and stores and divisions through the marijuana
and CBD enterprise.
Ms. Lucas has many things
to answer for on the allegation.
The purpose of her enterprise included trafficking
large quantities of illegal marijuana,
creating generational wealth for members
and associates of her criminal enterprise,
recycling drug proceeds to expand
the operation that she launched and created,
and steering marijuana licenses to entities
in which members held financial interest.
During her time as Virginia State Senator,
instead of enforcing the law, she was actually breaking the law,
as alleged in the indictment,
and then using her position of power and public trust to deflect
and defend against her own criminal enterprise.
Truly the epitome of hypocrisy for a public official.
Ms. Lucas, on January 24, 2022, posted on social media,
I'm a 78-year-old grandma who legalized pot
and now has her own cannabis store.
And I'm the last thing standing between the GOP
and total control of Virginia.
That's worth an RT.
End quote.
While she was posting these things, and the reason I highlighted it,
is because during this time period, her and her co-conspirators
continued her criminal conspiracy to enrich themselves
and break the public trust.
Thank you to the Attorney General.
Thank you to the United States Attorney's Office here in Norfolk,
Virginia
for making sure that we hold people accountable
in positions of public trust and power,
especially when they violate the law, as has been alleged here today.
I want to personally thank the men
and women of the FBI in the Norfolk Division
and also at headquarters and the FBI Richmond Field Office
for their tireless work over these last years
putting together a public corruption case takes
a lot of effort and manpower.
And the prosecutors bravely
and courageously waded through mountains of material,
along with the FBI investigators
and agents to reach this decision point today and present this
material to the grand jury
and the grand jury return an indictment finding a finding of probable
cause to charge Ms. Lucas and her six co-conspirators.
Thank you again to the men and
women of the FBI Norfolk Division
and thank you again to the Department of Justice Attorney
General Todd Blanche for your leadership.
Money poured back in to grow the operation.
steer state marijuana licenses toward family linked businesses demand
to bribe bend Virginia
law until it fits nearly five million dollars guys
at least according to Patel Cash Patel
and the whole time the feds were listening in people
who talked to her on the phone they have
been getting letters in the mail saying
that their calls were getting tapped now imagine
imagine opening that envelope the investigation
was running since 2018 in 2022 she went online
and bragged about her cannabis store.
This is not even hiding in plain sight. This is like
hanging a neon sign out.
Now, you already know somebody who still thinks that nobody is above
the law and it only applies to one side.
Go ahead and text this video to them right now.
Don't explain it. Just go ahead and send the video.
Let the indictment do the talking.
Now, this is where it gets rich.
Back in 2020, Louise Lucas sponsored a bill limiting law-abiding
Virginians to one handgun purchase a month.
One per month, guys. Kind of like a gym membership
for the Second Amendment. Now, if we fast forward,
federal agents are searching the premises that are
tied to the Lucas operation. What did they find?
All sorts of illegal drugs and firearms. So other
defendants in the case are now charged with having
a gun to further the drug trafficking. Rules for
you, exceptions for her family.
And it gets even better than that. This spring, the legislature
that she helps run, ended up passing new laws
on how Virginia police can actually work with ICE.
Good morning. My name is Theo Stamos.
I'm the first assistant United States attorney for the
Eastern District of Virginia.
I want to thank Attorney General Blanche and Director Patel
for their years-long support in supporting this prosecution
and this investigation
that culminates in today's charges being announced.
The allegations in the indictment
detail a criminal enterprise operating in plain sight.
These charges, as alleged, reveal not just
an abuse of public trust,
but a reliance on the deference granted to a public official,
an elected public official.
These charges are not limited to one defendant, however.
The charges include relatives
and associates of that elected official who allegedly conspired to
cash in on beneficial legislation access
and influence the charges are not limited to public
corruption but also involve public safety we see time
and again the dangers of the presence and use
of firearms in conjunction with drug trafficking
as detailed in the indictment both illegal
narcotics and firearms were recovered
by law enforcement during searches of the premises
maintained by this enterprise.
The charges also include the fraudulent acquisition of funds
through a COVID-era loan program.
This program was intended to assist small businesses impacted
by the pandemic. Instead,
one of the businesses operated by this enterprise was used to exploit
that very program. I am grateful to the agents of the FBI
and the prosecutors led by Eric Hurt
and Brian Samuels here at EDVA,
whose diligence and efforts and professionalism over the course
of this very careful and thorough investigation have led
to the charges we're announcing today.
Thank you. Governor Spanberger, yes,
Governor Abigail Spanberger signed them in April. So the
cops, they got handcuffed first.
The Lucas family had to wait until October. Oh, and you guys
remember COVID, you know,
a little situation where a few people got sick. Yeah. Restaurants
were boarded up, barbershops gone.
Prosecutors were saying that one Lucas business dipped into
pandemic relief money anyway.
Your tax dollars, guys, their side hustle. Now, Attorney General
Todd Blanche stood at the podium and said it plain,
Democrat or Republican, nobody is above
the law. Now, where have we heard that before?
Oh, right. Every day for like eight years. Heck,
even Ilhan Omar has made statements similar to that.
Oh yeah, Ilhan Omar has her own
pile of dung to sift through of her own
on every cable news channel from every Democrat with a
microphone. It's kind of funny how
the slogan sounds very different when it's read back to you.
So apparently party doesn't matter here.
If a Republican did this, same charges, same courtroom,
same headline, corruption doesn't get a team jersey.
In fact, her defense, she says that the
federal government is throwing its full weight against
the great-grandmother. I will not be
intimidated. I will not be bullied.
I will not break down. I will not back down. I swear,
I don't know if all these Democrats are reading from the same playbook,
but I could have sworn
that I've heard Ilhan Omar say very,
very similar words not too long prior to the feds raiding her
Washington, D.C. home just a couple weeks ago.
So, ma'am, nobody asked you to back down.
They asked you to show up in court.
Back in Portsmouth and Chesapeake, voters gave her
34 years of trust. Prosecutors say
that the family got about $5 million. The voters got the bill.
So right now, on schedule, the excuse.
Oh yeah, there's always an excuse. Back in May when the
FBI raided her Portsmouth office.
Director, can you answer that question?
What we always try to do is put more resources into the field.
There will not be a reduction
in Manning when we combine the Richmond
and Norfolk field offices. In fact, there'll actually
be an increase. And what we did was we eliminated $4.5 million
in administrative costs, and that
$4.5 million is going right back into Norfolk to hire more agents,
to hire more investigative
analysts, and to buy more tech and kit
so our agents can be in the field doing the work they
need to do. In this indictment,
the senator is quoted as saying to someone on the phone,
quote, this is our last chance at generational wealth.
I've gotten too old to not be greedy.
in your view is greed at the center
of this case i mean i think it's a RICO conspiracy case whether
the motivation for what happened was greed
as i have no i have no idea i can't get into the
mind of the of the senator i i'm familiar
with the text you're referring to as it's in the
indictment but i i don't i don't know the motivation behind somebody
when they do something
like this so it's just a couple more go ahead
so like a few months ago there was this reporting
that you were going to Moscow
and then last week there was reporting that you were in Moscow that
ended up not being accurate.
Were you ever planning to go to Moscow for what purpose and if so and
is that something that you would still consider doing?
Well as you pointed out the reporting was
entirely false. I was at Liberty University talking to students,
police officers and young
Americans who had an interest in joining
our law enforcement community and adding to the historic
reduction in violent crime that we've already achieved.
As to where we go and how we do our
business. The FBI has 125 offices overseas.
Under this administration, we engage with everyone
to make sure that we can service the needs
of the American people to reduce crime,
to find kids that are missing, to bring home hostages,
and to thwart any cyber actors who
wish to do us harm. And by engaging our allies and adversary alike,
we are going to continue
that mission because President Trump has kicked open
those doors that were never opened before.
So we're going to take advantage of those
opportunities. And we're not going to announce
where we're going to go and when we're going to go,
except to tell you that this FBI and this
Department of Justice will go wherever we need
to go to mete out justice for the American people.
Office and her cannabis shop, she basically,
her side, right, her side called it the circus that
we always expected. She said she was being targeted
for pushing Virginia's redistricting
maps. Ah, you know, okay, you know,
we all know what happened between, you know, the redistricting
maps, Hakeem Jeffries and Abigail Spanberger.
But now, now her lawyer has a new theory,
payback for opposing President Donald J. Trump.
So which is it? Is it the maps? Is it Donald Trump?
Is it Mercury in retrograde?
I mean, like, what is it here? Here's the problem, though.
Blanche says that this case actually, by the way,
that was it was not reporting. It was
completely false reporting is the way
that should be described. But Alex,
I'll come back to you for the last question go ahead
on the election litigation against
California yesterday was assigned to the judge
who actually previously dismissed
a lawsuit that DOJ brought to the state's voter rolls I'm wondering
is the overarching goal of
this litigation to kind of leave it up to question
as to whether a state should certify their results
when you have this list
of you know 20,000 alleged likely non-citizens in DOJ's view
Is it kind of just to kind of keep it up in the air
and potential results when they start rolling in on election day?
Absolutely, positively not.
I mean, that's not what the lawsuit alleges.
We're not trying to create chaos.
It continues to baffle me why anybody, whether it's people in this room
or people watching or elected officials at the state or local level,
if presented with evidence that there are tens of thousands,
20,000 ineligible voters that are receiving ballots,
that there isn't some motivation, anything, to do something about that.
Like, do something besides write a nasty gram to me
or to have a senator write a letter
to me suggesting I'm doing something wrong.
The fact that we had to even bring this lawsuit
after alerting local election officials to this potential issue,
and this isn't just made up, notwithstanding what folks are saying,
this isn't just made up, we didn't pull names out of a hat.
This is something that should be a serious concern
to everybody in California and everybody in this country.
So let's assume that only half those names vote.
That's 10,000 people who are not eligible
to vote that are voting in California.
That's not scaring people.
I'm not trying to not have an election certified.
Of course not.
What we're trying to do is guarantee to the American people that the
only people that are voting are people that are eligible to vote.
So we don't have a motivation beyond just trying to force
or try to encourage or try to just get California election officials
to do what we think they need to do to make sure that the only people
that are voting, whether it's by mail or in person,
are the person that's registered to vote and that that person
is actually somebody who's allowed to vote under the law.
So somebody who is a U.S. citizen.
That's the motivation behind the lawsuit.
Okay, I'll take the last question from the back.
Yeah.
In the
indictment,
it alleges
that Huffman,
or someone she did this with,
went for a recreational marijuana license,
but there aren't those in Virginia yet.
Can you clarify that?
I can't clarify it beyond what's alleged in the indictment.
And what we understand from the evidence that we collected,
the senator alleged she was doing or not doing.
And, yeah, you're right.
There was some fluctuation in the law
and the governor ultimately vetoing some parts of this effort.
So I don't want to get into the specifics
of the case beyond what's in the indictment.
But, yes, I appreciate that there were,
according to the allegations in the indictment and some
of the statements that were made by the co-conspirators allegedly,
it ultimately is inconsistent with what
the law ultimately ended up being or was at the time.
Oh, I'm not saying anything. You said that.
What I said is that I do appreciate that as alleged in the indictment,
there are statements that were allegedly made
by the co-conspirators and by the senator
about what they were doing and not doing
and trying to get and not trying to get
is ultimately inconsistent with, as you said,
the law and where it ended up being and where it was going.
So, okay. All right. Thank you guys very much. I appreciate it.
started before he took the job,
before Kash Patel even ran the FBI, before President Donald J.
Trump was reelected. Agents were quietly working on it back in 2018.
I don't know about you, but
this don't sound like payback.
This is more like a long waiting room. The so-called 60-day rule,
Todd Blanche says that it isn't even written down.
She's not even on the ballot. And no,
this is not about legal weed.
Blanche is actually saying that if a lawful shop was all that they
found, nobody would be standing at the podium.
Somewhere, defense lawyers basically updating
their excuse again. Now, if we zoom out just for a second,
guys, because Virginia isn't the only
place that the lights just came on.
Kash Patel is actually merging the FBI's Richmond and Norfolk
offices he says it cuts four and a half million dollars in overhead
and puts it back into agents
analysts and gear now imagine that guys government money actually going
to people who actually do the
job who would have thought about that idea right
then a reporter asked Kash Patel about his trip
to Moscow one problem though he wasn't in Moscow he
was actually at Liberty University talking to
future cops. Oh, the press completely missed by about 5,000 miles.
Meanwhile, the DOJ is suing
California over roughly 20,000 alleged likely non-citizens
on its voter rolls. Now, Todd Blanche
says that the goal is pretty simple.
Only eligible citizens get to vote. Now, for years, we were told
that the swamp was just a little bit too deep to drain.
Apparently, it just needed somebody with
a bucket. This is exactly what we voted for folks.
So here's a question that nobody in Richmond
really wants asked. Who else knew about this?
Louise Lucas sure didn't hold a seat. Oh, at least
she didn't just hold a seat.
I should say she, in fact, she held the checkbook. She held the
checkbook. She was holding the purse.
I'm sure it was Louis Vuitton, no less. Every big deal in
Virginia crossed her table
and somebody was sitting on the other side of the table. Now,
somewhere in Richmond a lobbyist just cleared his calendar
when the FBI raided her office in May
Governor Spanberger said that she was waiting
for more details uh Governor Abigail the details were
here sweetie 45 pages of them this is why 34 years
in one seat is dangerous dangerous and in let's
not let's not even get into term limits power
that never leaves it starts thinking like it never has
to answer to anybody term limits are not a slogan folks they
are a smoke detector you guys remember
that 2022 post you know she uh she called herself
the last thing that was standing between Republicans
and uh and total control of Virginia you got anybody remember
that well it turns out the the
last thing standing between her and a courtroom
was a grand jury the grandma who legalized pot
is now charged with allegedly cashing in on it.
Look, nobody's above the law, not even the not
even the woman who runs the Senate.
Now, folks, look, seven defendants, three LLCs, one very
expensive phone call. Look,
Virginia's Virginia's most powerful Democrat spent 34 years writing the
rules and prosecutors are saying that she spent
the last few allegedly cashing in on those same
rules. The press asked about the timing.
The machine tried to call it payback. And well,
unfortunately, I had to give you
the real story right here on The Ron Yates Show. Now,
think of somebody in your life
who's sick of watching politicians get away with everything.
Go ahead and send them this video, not to piss
