Exploring an Indigenous Culture of Japan at Upopoy

We visited the Upopoy National Ainu Museum and Park to find out more about the Ainu, an indigenous people from Japan. The museum is the first national museum dedicated to Ainu history and culture, and at the park, visitors can experience a reconstructed kotan - a traditional Ainu village. There's also workshops to try and traditional Ainu food to eat!
