Cooper Pratt.
Cooper Pratt here, guys.
And I know you're buzzing.
You got a bus going.
You got a flight tomorrow morning.
And you put the Milwaukee Brewers ahead
in game two of the World Series.
Cooper, you think that means what?
I mean, we still got two more to win.
I mean, it was pretty sick.
But now we kind of have to focus on the next one.
And, yeah, I mean, it's done.
It's over.
It was cool.
And on to the next.
I'll steal your phrase.
It was pretty sick.
What's this environment like?
It's pretty sick.
No, it's loud.
Your adrenaline's pumping for sure.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin really came out for both games,
and I'm glad we could get the win for them.
Phrases are thrown around this time of year,
but the Brewers win our way.
It seems like more than lip service, though, Cooper.
Does it feel that way?
I mean, there's a certain way that we play.
I mean, it's obvious.
we've came back all postseason
and that's just what we do
as long as there's innings on the board
we still have a shot and with our guys
that's what we've been doing all postseason
all year actually
that was a pretty good one
you were here for the exhibition at the beginning of the season
I asked you a question as you were
going to go down to the minor leagues
what do you want to do?
I just want to go down there so I can play in the show
and get a chance to come up here at some point.
How do you describe this year for Cooper Pratt,
starting in the minors, now starring in the World Series?
Started slow.
Signed that extension towards the beginning of the AAA season.
Kind of struggled, and then got in my groove
and then got the opportunity in June to come up here.
Did good and then struggled and then started to play good again.
It's a huge credit to the guys in the clubhouse
for kind of taking me under and showing me the ropes
and helping me out, and there's hiccups along the way.
I mean, obviously, the first inning,
I wish I could have that first play back,
but stuff like that happens, and you kind of have to say,
oh, screw it, next pitch, next play, and,
yeah, you still have four more at-bats.
Pretty sick, Cooper.
Thank you, yeah.
Yeah, awesome.
Thanks for coming out for us.
Really appreciate the time.
We'll see you in Tampa Bay, okay?
We'll save some of our long interviews for then, all right?
Sounds awesome.
Cooper Pratt coming on out, guys.
Had to take that one.
