James Kaufman reported his report today.
Just then, the U.S. Senate has voted 51-48
to advance the Save America Act to the floor,
clearing a key procedural hurdle,
and begin full debate on the landmark election integrity legislation.
Ladies and gentlemen, if this legislation does not pass,
then we will never have another fair election in the United States.
The Democrats will make sure of that.
This has to do with voter ID and proving you're
an American citizen before you're able to vote for representation.
So, ladies and gentlemen, where are we?
Well, it takes 60 votes to pass a bill,
and they can use what's called a talking filibuster
to bring them over 51 votes, although that was not needed.
that will not pass the bill, we'll still need 60 votes,
but we can wear them out and wear them in
until enough of them either leave,
i.e. we would have the majority, or enough of them give in.
Those are the only two options.
This has to pass, or Republicans will get, well,
Jacked around once again by the party that always cheats.
Let's see what President Trump has to say, including he will never
endorse any candidate that doesn't vote for the Save America Act.
And right now, those are candidates like,
well, Senator Kennedy and Senator Graham.
Officially debating the Save America Act after clearing
a key test vote about 15 minutes ago with a simple majority.
The bill itself would require proof
of U.S. citizenship to register to vote, a real ID,
passport, or other government documents,
plus a photo ID to cast a ballot.
It's pretty popular.
The Fox poll shows the majority of Americans support voter ID.
But the problem is passing it takes 60 votes to break a filibuster,
and Republicans don't
have that.
A talking filibuster has also been floated,
but there aren't enough votes to go that
route either President Trump says it has
to pass uh saying quotes this i will never ever endorse
anyone who votes against Save America
this is common sense legislation but we know democrats
aren't about common sense they're about maintaining power
and hiding their corruption
so we're doing what we can again
the talking filibuster could wear them out so that they
would eventually have to leave and we would have a majority,
it's got to be that same ratio. But if
enough of them leave and all the Republicans stay, it's very possible.
How long would someone have
to talk to get that many Democrats to leave?
Well, ladies and gentlemen, they're all really,
really old. I don't know if they're going to sleep there or what,
but I would imagine within
48 hours to 72 hours maximum
and it's totally worth it to the U.S. and the U.S. people for this
to happen if someone can talk about this bill
and other things for the next 48 to 72 hours
then enough of the senators
from the democratic side will either change their mind or leave
and get this bill through again no bills will
be being passed besides this bill or funding for the
DHS per the block of 50 in the House
of representatives currently so this is it if
the congress is ever going to be useful to us
which in my 57 years they have not been this is
their time to show us their true colors,
and I'm afraid we've already seen their true colors.
Please, folks, share. Please call your senator, not congressman.
Make sure that they're voting
on the right side of this.
We have several Democrats voting with Republicans, but we have
several Republicans voting against the act.
Please give us a thumbs up, and remember that anything's
possible and bizarre world.
This might be the most important legislation ever, or at least
in the last 20 or 30 years, here in the United States of America.
God bless you all.
