Jolin Tsai & Eason Chan - Fight As One | Reaction

Patty, how are you? So we're back with Jolene and she's featuring Eason Chang. He is a famous Hong Kong singer and actor. Once I saw his face, I knew who he was. He's a great actor, by the way. But some of the songs he sang was 10 Years and Today's Next Year. Today's Next Year is pretty good. All right, so this is a tribute to COVID-19. And there's a couple of comments that i had to translate and look like there's like a split between um what the actual um songs um is about um a fight has won you know some people were saying that you know uh they're pointing fingers and stuff like that and others are just can't believe you know they didn't show um a lot of the front liners um but for me i wanted to actually you know hear the lyrics and see what's going on and one of the trans i had to translate because i don't you know read chinese um we all know that our front liners you know our medical staff our you know um uh let's see police officers doctors and everybody who's all involved um you know the emts you know we really appreciate what they're doing and um i take it to heart because i have a lot of people who are front liners so i'm hoping that this song is great i want like i said i want to see what everybody is so upset or uptight about so let's check this out here we go it's a crowded street there's no one everyone is living in fear with all the playgrounds i hear no laughter everyone I see what some people are saying yes I am a fan of both of them and it was touching just like I said but okay so one in the lyrics it says it doesn't matter it does matter because a lot of people have lost their lives and that if the place where it originated we know where it was in Wuhan and some of the numbers were miscalculated and some information was not shared with the rest of the world that does matter because you know we have a lost a lot of lives and i'm not pointing fingers because like i said i don't do that but the good thing is we are trying to fight for our lives literally everyone is and we could have shared more information so it doesn't predict it so like i said touching song but it actually touched everybody's life so you know medical staffers you know i feel for you because you know you're fighting and it's not even your fault you're you're fighting for everybody else and this outbreak really needs to be you know controlled soon and if we could have you know if we could have should have handled better and you know they said hindsight is 2020 but we can't go back All we have to do is make the best of it. And, you know, we pray every day that things do get better. Everybody, you know, just be safe. And definitely we would learn, God forbid, if anything happened like this again, that if we catch it on time and share the information and not just try to, you know, not share it with everybody else, we would not lose so many doctors. um and frontliners and everybody else who's involved you know um we're losing like the older generation where you it doesn't really matter this virus affects everybody now so good intention you know like i said i like both of them but it's a little it's a little too late right now so hopefully in the future we'll learn from this because obviously we need you know take better care of one another you know when when i thought the song was fight for you know fight as one it was going to be something different so obviously i'm very emotional about it like i said but you know just to share i have a friend who just passed away he was a frontliner so it really really touches me that maybe you know his life would have been spared so hopefully we learned from this lesson and we do need to fight as one okay lesson learned eventually and um we're all human and we should love and not just try to do things different we all should just literally fight as one and share love guys okay all right that's my speech all right do me a favor if you like this video hit the like hit the sub and don't forget to hit the bell down below it's our cozy cup club don't forget to join and along with my merch remember be safe be careful share love and just love each other and i'll see you next time
