WHAT DO I PAINT FIRST? Watercolor Tutorial of Painting Lemons

What do I paint first when painting in watercolor? Ninety percent of the time I paint my background first. Backgrounds can be tricky to paint in watercolor, especially if there is a beautiful wet into wet wash. It's easy for the beginner or intermediate painter to get a blossom or bloom. Personally I would rather deal with a problem like that in the beginning stage than to put a lot of effort into my still life objects and have a blossom happen at the end.
In this video I will show you how to draw out the lemons, bowl and cloth, how I apply masking fluid, how I paint a background and foreground, and finally painting my objects especially the colorful lemons!
This video is for all levels of artists. The beginner can watch the process and maybe tackle one lemon, and the intermediate or advanced painter may decide to paint the entire scene.
