The historic House of Bourbon-Parma has owned some of the most celebrated and mysterious jewelry pieces in royal history. Many of their historic tiaras feature diamonds passed down from French royalty, including King Charles X and Marie Antoinette. And the collection is rather vague and less known even to jewelry admirers, simply because the family no longer reigns over a sovereign state, don’t need to wear magnificent jewels, and has largely lost, sold, or kept private its historic collections. But some of tiaras had a very interesting journey, that refused to disappear and eventually resurfaced at Geneva auction.

And to understand how many and which tiaras were worn by Duchesses of Bourbon-Parma, we welcome you to watch The Bourbon-Parma Tiara Vault: How Many Really Survived?
