How to make Watermelon Cake | Арбузный торт

Welcome to my channel Ala's Yummy Food. Today I'll be showing you how to make this super delicious, no bake, easy watermelon cake. It's so refreshing, it's perfect for the summer and I absolutely love this. It's very easy to make so you can make this with your kids or your friends. Now let's get started. We're going to need one watermelon, fresh double cream or heavy cream, different berries for decorations. I'm using strawberries, blueberries, kiwis. I've got some sprinkles, pink food colouring and piping bag with a nozzle. Take your watermelon and get rid of the edges and then take off the skin from the watermelon. I like to make it nice and thin and of course I'll be eating all these extra pieces. Then take your paper towel and dip the watermelon around to make sure it's not wet. Next we're going to add double cream into a bowl with icing sugar and mix it until it's nice and smooth. I am using red food coloring and dipping my toothpick inside and then placing it into the piping bag Just few stripes along take your piping bag and place it onto the glass and make sure you fill it up with cream It should look like that once your watermelon is dry pipe your cream on top and You can see how pretty it looks different shades of pink food coloring with cream and then I'm going to finish it off with more cream on top and and also I like adding fresh fruit so you can use any fruit you like. I'm gonna decorate with some strawberries, blueberries and fresh kiwi. It just looks so bright and colorful. And here you have it, beautiful watermelon cake which requires no baking and it's so refreshing, so delicious and I love to eat it in summer.
