Kevin Parker & Jennie | Musicians on Musicians

‪@jennierubyjane‬ from ‪@BLACKPINK‬ and Kevin Parker, the brain behind ‪@TameImpala‬, hang out as part of Rolling Stone’s eighth annual Musicians on Musicians series. While the pair first met a couple of years ago during a chance encounter in a #seoul bar, we caught up with them just before they took the stage together for the first time to perform the remix of #dracula, in Boston. Since its release in February, the #dracularemix quickly became one of the biggest songs in the world, notching nearly a billion on-demand streams worldwide and earning both artists their first Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. Just before their sound check, #jennie and #kevinparker reflect on the viral success of their collaboration, what it’s like to work with #dualipa, loving #rihanna, how they each overcome career anxieties, and so much more.
