He Focused on His New Self – and Changed

“If I could run into my old self and give it a word of wisdom or two about this work, I would say, quit trying to stubbornly prove that it's not possible.”

When Jim’s wife introduced him to Dr Joe’s work more than 15 years ago, he was skeptical but curious about how it could improve some minor health issues. Years later, Jim developed atrial fibrillation (AFib), a heart condition that affected his quality of life almost daily. During his first Week Long Retreat, Jim experienced a “fascinating” Coherence Healing™ session … and then went two months without AFib episodes.

But Jim’s transformation wasn’t entirely linear. When his AFib symptoms returned, he realized he had slipped back into the familiar thoughts and emotions of his old self. Through daily practice, Jim began transforming from a cynical, emotionally guarded person into someone who leads with love, compassion, and an open heart. At the time of his interview, he reported three consecutive weeks without AFib – but his greatest transformation was becoming a new version of himself.
