An anti-Kremlin resistance group claims it identified a Russian Federal Security Service, FSB, officer in Chelyabinsk and destroyed his SUV in a fire near his home. The group said the Tank 300, which bore pro-war Z symbols, was burned several months ago on General Martynov Street. Local media reported the incident at the time but did not disclose the owner’s identity or the cause of the fire. Video shared on social media shows the aftermath of the attack on the SUV, with footage depicting an explosion and flames engulfing the vehicle. According to the group, the vehicle belonged to Nikita Milovantsev, who allegedly serves in the FSB’s border troops. It accused him of using online entrapment tactics to target vulnerable minors and subsequently accuse them of links to the Russian Volunteer Corps and resistance movements. The group also claimed Milovantsev attempted to conceal his affiliation with the security services by switching between severalw vehicles, some of which were reportedly used by his wife, Yulia. It alleged that she was aware of her husband’s activities and helped shield him from scrutiny. The resistance group said its network had gathered information about Milovantsev’s professional and personal life, as well as his family’s movements. It further alleged that the SUV had been loaded with flammable materials intended to be planted to frame individuals accused of terrorism. According to the group, those materials intensified the fire, leaving the vehicle reduced to a metal shell. The group described the operation as a significant security failure for the FSB, claiming its network had successfully tracked an active officer despite the risks involved.
