@lukerosiak says he spent weeks tracking home-health workers in Pennsylvania and found people billing Medicaid for hours they allegedly were not actually providing care.
“The GPS records are fake.”
He says one worker appeared to clock in, leave for 11 hours, and return only to clock out while also allegedly billing a second home. “That would total $160,000 a year.”
He specifically pointed to Bhutanese refugee communities in Pennsylvania, arguing the Medicaid home-care system has become, in his words, “essentially a universal basic income for some people.”
