The Zombie King from Strong Water in Anaheim, California, is one of the more unusual modern takes on Don the Beachcomber's original 1934 Zombie. It uses three rums, including Cruzan Blackstrap and Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, along with pineapple, lime, cinnamon, and a full ounce of allspice dram.

4 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
1 oz fresh lime juice (30 ml)
1 oz fresh pineapple juice (30 ml)
½ oz cinnamon cane syrup (15 ml)
1 oz Hamilton Pimento Dram (30 ml)
1 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum (30 ml)
1 oz Cruzan Blackstrap Rum (30 ml)
½ oz Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum (15 ml)
