the sparkle inside us never truly disappears.

Let's begin.
This is my sparkle.
It's warm and it's bright.
It glows deep inside me both day and night.
It dances and flickers.
It hums when I play and lights up my heart in its own special way.
My sparkle is with me wherever I go,
a soft little feeling, a gentle glow.
It grows when I'm trying, when I give things a start,
when I listen with care and lead with my heart.
It shines when I'm laughing, when I'm being me,
when I feel happy, relaxed and free.
But sometimes my sparkle feels quiet and small,
like it's barely still there at all.
On days when my thoughts feel tangled and tight,
my sparkle hides low, out of sight.
It shrinks when I worry I'm not good enough,
when everything suddenly feels kind of tough.
But even when hidden, it never is gone.
My sparkle stays with me, quietly on.
I'm still here, it whispers, soft and low.
Even when you don't feel my glow.
So I sit for a moment, I breathe in slow.
And give myself space to just be, not know.
I see you, I tell it, I know that you're there.
I'll take care of you with kindness and care.
It flickers a little, a tiny bright spark,
a soft glowing light in the dark.
I don't rush or push it,
I just let it stay and slowly it brightens its way.
With gentle, kind thoughts and things I can do,
my sparkle starts feeling like me again too.
It stretches and wakes.
It starts to shine through,
a little bit stronger,
a little more true.
My sparkle is part of who I've always been.
It just needs love to glow from within,
and even on days when it feels far away.
I know it will come back and stay.
This is my sparkle.
It's steady and bright.
And I'll always hold it with love and with light.
And kids, here's some kind words for your sparkle.
I am loved just as I am.
My feelings matter.
I can learn one little step at a time.
I can ask for help.
I can be kind to myself.
Even on a hard day, my sparkle belongs to me.
Choose one kind thought to carry with you today.
What a lovely reminder, kids,
that we all have a special sparkle inside us.
Even on difficult days, it never really disappears.
Did you know stars don't stop shining during the day,
we just can't see them because the
sunlight is too bright.
So remember kids, your sparkle is always there.
Keep shining, keep smiling
and I'll see you next time for another story.
Bye for now.
