He kept saying, we're the biggest, strongest, richest country in the world. Why don't we just put a bunch of tariffs on everybody else and stop paying taxes altogether? I said, well, because we've done them. I said, because these people don't just need the tariffs. They just charge the people who buy the stuff, whatever it is. So we pay the tariffs. And like that, they didn't want to hear it. The country's higher gas prices. That's the Iran war. And Australia, more moves. And maybe worst of all, it's endless forces down, designed to keep us distracted from whatever the issue of the day is. And what we ought to do is that checks and balances, as they define them, they get the check, we pay the balance. He gets self-corrected. He has to deal with evidence and its consequences. So this fact-free politics is not for him. He's going to know something Washington needs to learn all over again. Saying something that's wrong, louder every day than you did the day before, doesn't magically make it right or get the care they need. With this great, big, beautiful bill which cuts numbers of people off of Medicare and undermines Medicaid and puts rural hospitals at risk, including eight in Mississippi that are teetering them. It's the stuff that dictators will for. We're talking about who he's looking for somebody to work with. The President really admires, even admires our adversary in many areas. It helps pay for care for people with low incomes, children for people with disabilities, for people that need long-term care. It's a lifeline for 700,000 people in Mississippi, including 50% of all their children and 57% of all their new births. Affordable Care Act only called that more affordable with subsidies ended last year. You're 7'3", and... Other members of our party could have extended it. Instead they said, no. The original assistance still exists. But many people are getting to pay for the coverage. They're paying more. You don't need a PhD, you just need common sense to know. Most folks will go without insurance. Orders are just put food on the table and gas in the car. The doctor took it before he got mad enough to go to the emergency room. So you go to the ER, several hospitals are facing... It's almost like they use a lot of language in the debate which is designed to make us give up trying to understand the issue. But it's pretty straight forward. Needs treatment. Washington decides to spend less. Helping to get it. Disappeared. The medicine store calls money. A family can go without care and wait until it gets worse. That's what they're doing. They're screaming about current government costs, quietly mailing those costs to you and your families. Their idea is simple. They'll make the decision and you'll pay the bill. Yes, we should go after the latest and firmer charges. As governor, I did a vote in the White House. And they've been working the whole time on me for nearly six years. Mississippi and the college of the high school show up for the interview. I have been in some blue. I'm sure it's been wondering how many gallons we can put in. Public is dealing with it. At least our public officials can do is deal with a quick question. We've gotten into this terrible habit of treating politics as pure performance law. Now, everybody knows what's said that politics is so business-worthy. So we all have to do some performance. My country is to keep one person, President Trump, happy. I'm a Donald Trump before answering the question. You have to wonder why you're paying a senator for a second opinion. There's a contrarian.
