All right, Steve, what you working on? Well, my game is in the kitchen right now. Election Day, we know, can be a lot to digest. So why not eat your feelings for once? Rob Gresham back with us with Isaac's Poultry Market, serving us some Election Day catering to get you through the big day with something delicious. Here's the deal. Isaac's has been with us before. Just go. Try it. If you've never done it, try it out. You're going to like it for a number of reasons. It's delicious, and it's healthy when it comes to this kind of food, because give me the deets on how you prepare your food. Everything is 100% all natural. All our chicken is gluten-free. It's certified halal. We don't have any artificial ingredients in the building whatsoever. There you go. So there's your reason enough to do so. Now, it is election day, and some people might be having gatherings tonight, or maybe they are just working all day. It's a long day, and you're just like, I just want to relax. If you're near one of the locations, please go. If not, you guys are doing some to-go's, some catering. And you don't necessarily have to have booked this like a week ago, right? No. You know, you can go on our website, Isaacs.Market. You can order catering up to two hours in advance. Doesn't matter how big the order is. We'll get it ready for you. Regular online ordering, you can get pickup or delivery from our website and make it super easy for you. So there you go, up to two hours in advance if you want to get the catering order done. Now, that said, you're probably wondering, then what do I order? What do I go with? Well, we're going to make a sandwich here in just a second because... Go ahead and say it. The best sandwich? We've had two sandwiches named the best sandwich in Maryland. Not one. I'm not sure how that happened, but we'll take it. No, no, no, no, no. You take it. It happens for a reason. We'll get into all the rest in just a second here, but what sandwich are we going to put together today? This is actually my favorite sandwich that we have. It's our buffalo chicken. I love it. All right, so the chicken we already mentioned. We're talking natural ingredients, and then how are we going to prepare the sandwich? So we have our potato bread that's made from a baker just for us. And then we've got our crispy dill pickles. Because you've got to have pickles on the sandwich. You've got to get that crunch on there. Also, we pickle our own carrots. A little extra crunch, then. Coriander and fennel. Okay. And then we take our chicken breasts. I'm just going to grab one of the carrots here. Absolutely. We're going to sample the... Wow, the pickling is really good on that. Thank you. Chicken and buffalo sauce. Our buffalo sauce there. And then what are we going to sauce the bread with? So when you order in the restaurant, oops. Oh, upside down. There you go. That's what happens when you have live TV. Yeah. You get a choice of blue cheese or blackened ranch. This is our blackened ranch. All right. There you go. Just load it on there. The best sandwiches are messy sandwiches. You know what? I completely agree with that. So there is one delicious messy sandwich, courtesy of Rob and Isaac's. But you can get it done however you want, which actually looks like this. Messily delicious. It's phenomenal. I'm going to go with that. Also, if you want it gluten-free, we do fry bowls for any of the sandwiches. Takes away the bread, but chop everything up on the sandwich, put it on top of a fry bowl. There you go. If you want anything gluten-free, they can take care of that. Now, that being said, that sandwich looks delicious. What else do we have here that we brought today? We got our buffalo wings. Yep. Honey butter tenders. Street corn salad, potato salad, our Isaac sandwich. That's your number one. That's the number one. Mac and cheese, sesame tenders, lemon pepper wings, which are my favorite flavor of wings, our brown butter and sea salt rice krispies, s'mores fudge, and our current seasonal juice is mango honey lime. Which I'm gonna wash down the sesame tenders because that's delicious. Now even the juice, you try to do everything in the most natural way possible, right? So the ingredients of the juice is? Mango, honey, and lime. Oh, okay. Well, that makes sense for a mango honey and lime juice. There's no sugar added whatsoever. It's literally just mango, honey, and lime. Nothing else. Ah, sweetness of the mango, and the lime balances it perfectly. So what are you expecting tonight? I mean, is election night typically a busy night in the food industry? Surprisingly for us, it is. Like, when we first opened, I was like, we're not going to be busy. It's election night. And then we got really busy. And you realize this is D.C.? Yeah. People like to gather and throw a party for pretty much any occasion possible, and, you know, this is one of the big ones. Yeah, you get your watch parties or, you know, celebrate or... Eat your feelings, depending on how the night goes. All right. And maybe a little bit of all of the above, depending on how long the following results into the night themselves. So as far as when you're talking about the catering orders, if people want to place a larger order, if they're going to have that party tonight and they're like, well, I forgot to book some food, is everything available on the catering menu? Everything. We also have even more items available on catering that we don't sell in the restaurant. But it's still very similar to what we make in the restaurant, so we can make it anytime. All right. And as far as physical locations, if folks want to come out and join you either today or anytime? We are Gaithersburg, right across the street from Quince Orchard High School, and we're in Burtonsville Crossing next to Sprouts and Domain, which is a beautiful local gym. All right. There you go.
