She Spent Three Days in a Field With a Destroyed Paw

Aida is barely a year old. By the time we were alerted, she had spent three days injured in a field. There was dead tissue on her paw and maggots in the wound.

We took her to a vet and then to hospital to understand the extent of the damage. The vets have confirmed that her paw cannot be saved. Aida needs to have her leg amputated.

We suspect she may have been caught in a trap, although we cannot yet confirm what happened. What we do know is that she needs this operation. Her surgery, hospital stay and the care she needs to recover all have to be covered.

We hope to see Aida leave hospital, learn to walk on three legs and enjoy the years ahead of her. Please donate to help cover her surgery and recovery care.
