Ingredients: (1 cup = 240 ml)
3 eggs
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Sugar 200g (1 cup)
Mascarpone 200 g
Flour 225 g (1 and 1/2 cups)
Baking powder 8 g (2 teaspoons)
A pinch of salt
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Separate 4 tablespoons of the cake batter.
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 tablespoons

Raisins 70 g
Cornstarch 1/2 tbsp

Icing sugar

24 cm baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 30_35 minutes.
