Just In: DOJ's 63 Voter Fraud Charges Come Down To A Grand Jury Move
The Department of Justice just indicted 63 people for voter fraud—and four of them are illegal aliens.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche called it the largest surge of voter-fraud arrests since President Donald Trump returned to the White House. The sweeping federal cases include a Wilmington grand jury indictment against a woman accused of voting illegally after falsely claiming U.S. citizenship, and Homeland Security Investigations built cases against foreign nationals who allegedly cast ballots they had no legal right to cast. Every illegal ballot cancels out an American citizen's vote, which is why Senator Markwayne Mullin is pushing the next phase: the Department of Homeland Security will gather voting logs across the country and comb them for noncitizen participation. The left that once called noncitizen voting a racist myth now claims immigration enforcement near polling places is intimidation, but as Senator Mullin put it, a legal voter has no reason to fear ICE.
A California federal judge added new pressure with a two-word order to the Justice Department: get busier.
