Hello, it's me, Priscilla again. This is my story. It has a very strong lesson to it and I hope you guys will all learn from it. So here's the story. Once upon a time, there was a man. He was far away from the sea because his boat had crashed down. He was drowning. Then, a cruise, a ship with people on it, came along. They asked the man, do you need any help? The man replied, gurgling some water. No, God will save me. Then the ship left. Another ship came, a cruise again. Asked, do you need help? You look like you're in pain. He said, no, gurgling more water. God will save me. But God didn't. Then he fell and entered heaven. He asked God why he didn't help him. God closed his eyes then. He said, I sent you two boats to help you. After you denied the first one, I sent another one to help you. Why didn't you take the opportunity? Next time when you have an opportunity, don't leave it. Take it. Accept it. In this story, the lesson is that if you get a really important opportunity, don't feel too proud of yourself or something else that could save you. If you see that it could really help you, accept it. For example, you're poor and they're offering you some money. You said, I don't need it. I'm all right. But you actually need the money. It's kind of like the man. He did not take the offer. But if you really need it, you should take the offer. Do not let these important opportunities left behind. That's an example. Here's another example that happened at my school. We were at our school and the teacher said you could let people get free dojo points. Dojo points in our classroom is when you do good and you get a dojo point and you can trade them in for a reward. The teacher said if we could read a paragraph, we could get a dojo point. But no one took the opportunity. Eventually, I looked around and stared at the paragraph that we were reading. I raised my hand and I ended up reading the paragraph and getting a dojo point. I bet you can think of some times that where you had an opportunity, but maybe you took it, maybe you didn't. I want you guys to think for a little while. Did you take it or did you not? Why did you make that choice? Maybe sometimes it has an impact on what will happen next. But if the opportunity really helps you, you guys should take it.
