Gradual insights come with time, and a realisation about oneself for who they truly are, not for the expectations of external woes, but the peace from inner tranquility that suffices.

1. Instead of making thorough plans for something, take immediate actions toward the plan.
As time is of the essence and waits for nobody, it is crucial to have speed,
embracing failure, and the ability to crawl back up after the fall,
to be adaptable to changing ideas and continuous focus on the big picture.
Striving forward rather than hesitating, discarding ideas before even trying first.
This will slow one down, and the mind may become the factor that starts holding one back.
2. Always converse with others to learn and understand, gain insights to another perspective,
and encourage one another to grow and improve together if necessary.
Putting less weight on the importance of who's right and who's wrong as that is ego-based and
can lead to resentment, which builds a linear relationship that's hierarchical rather than
horizontal. 3. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses, and understanding how to work on
them will take you a long way. By doing some research, journaling, looking within,
reflecting and being mindful, your understandings of yourself can take you to greater distances.
It's important to be self-aware, with a focus on your own pace with everything you do,
in terms of career, relationships, and certain milestones you want to achieve.
Comparison is not only the thief of joy, it is also the crumbling rocks that make you stumble
as you strive to climb a mountain. 4. If one develops a self-disciplined routine
and take any exercise or activity and make it into a habit, reading a few pages of a book each day,
meditating, physical exercises, or even journaling, this will set a consistent
foundation for the day and unifies the weeks and months with a behavior that nourishes the self.
It's a starting step to keeping your own cup full and allows for energy to be distributed
towards others later.
