Take a seat, whatever you may feel comfortable, and whenever you're ready, close your eyes
and gradually tune into the sensations of sitting. Become aware of gravity pulling your shoulders
down, the pressure in your thighs, and allow your awareness to navigate through your body.
If you haven't already, tune into the sensations of breathing. Take a deep breath in through your
nose and out through your mouth, allowing your jaw to relax. Follow the exhalation and feel
where it ends, the pause in between the breaths, and follow the inhalation until you pause again.
Stay close to that feeling and the sensations that the breathing cycle offers. If you find
yourself forcing a breathing rhythm, let it go. Let go of that need to control it. It's perfect
as is. And now, again, stay close to the full breathing cycle. If you find yourself lost in
thought, bring your awareness back to the breathing and witness how everything is happening
in the same space of consciousness. Your thoughts, the sensations of breathing, it's all happening
to it? Where does it go? And come back to the sensations of breathing. Now I invite you to
slowly open your eyes as you get flooded with light, colors, shadows, sounds. Notice how you
can still cultivate this state of consciousness by tuning inwards, by tuning into yourself.
And see if you can decide in advance how you're going to react to whatever annoys you today.
In the same way you allow the air to come in and out when breathing, allow what you may experience
today to go through you. Don't try to hold on too much. You'll excel eventually. We hope you have a
beautiful day and we'll see you on the next one, family. We love you.
