This video is filled with tons of DIY, tons of inspiration. I can't wait to show you. Let's get to it.
I want to thank Lume for sponsoring this video.
It's another beautiful day to head on to Dollar Tree to find new crafting items for fall.
And I found these wood pieces that are absolutely stunning. I love that they have two sizes.
One is 11 by 5 1⁄2 inches and another one is 5 1⁄2 by 5 1⁄2 inches.
I have not seen them in my Dollar Tree, so I'm so glad I found them.
I'm going to start with two of the larger ones and I'm going to sand them down just a bit because they are on the
rougher side. So I want to make sure they're nice and smooth and dust them off.
I am then going to take some of these flat dowels that I do get on Amazon.
I'm also going to use my miter shears that are really easy to cut these dowels with.
It's basically just measuring and cutting. Nothing too fancy.
And I'm going to just frame these two boards to look like two little mini doors.
I do remind you that I have my Amazon store always linked down in the description box
if you want to look at one of my favorite items on Amazon as well as these dowels and miter shears. Check it out.
It is linked down below.
So I'm just going to continue to frame. I'm adding the middle portions as well as the bottom and the top.
These are smaller ones. Same process, just hot gluing them in place.
Once I have that on, it's time to start adding the diagonal portion of it.
I'm just going to add one on each frame and I'm just going to use the same technique.
Just going to mark with a pencil, cut with the miter shears and hot glue.
I am now going to flip over the boards and we are going to just join them together using paint sticks.
I'm going to use the same miter shears to cut them in half and I'm going to just hot glue them
as well as staple them. I'm also going to add two sawtooth hooks so that we can then hang this piece on the wall.
I am then going to give everything two coats of Waverly Chalk Paint in the white.
I am now going to screw two screws on the top.
This is going to hold wreaths because I want this DIY as well as all the DIYs from today
to be versatile and be able to transition from season to season. These little wreaths
I do get at Target Dollar Spot for three dollars and I'm going to do a first one here with the fall theme.
But then I'm going to show you what they're all going to look like with Christmas as well as
summer and spring and I think it turned out absolutely stunning. One of my favorites from today.
If you are enjoying this video so far, make sure you take a second and give me a thumbs up.
A thumbs up really helps my channel grow and it helps this video reach more people.
Friends, let me tell you a little bit about today's sponsor Lume. Lume has reimagined what a deodorant does
to a whole body deodorant for your feet, your pits, and your privates.
That's right, your privates.
It was invented by an OBGYN and it stops odors for 72 hours.
Lume also has products like body wipes and body wash. I am loving these products.
I love the way they smell and they are aluminum free and safe for the skin.
Lume's starter pack bundle is a great deal for new customers. If you've never tried it, this is the time to do it.
They're offering a full-size cream and stick deodorant tube
plus two free products and free US shipping.
All you have to do is visit the link down below in the description box.
You can also use this code DIYBEAUTY for that extra 10% off at checkout.
So check it out. It is linked below.
For the next Dollar Tree DIY, I'm going to take two of the boards, one of the larger ones and one of the smaller ones.
Again, I'm going to sand them down just a little bit, especially the back. It is really rough.
I'm not sure why, but just make sure you sand it down and dust it.
I'm going to give them two coats of Waverly Chalk Paint in the white and of course let it dry.
The smaller one, I just did the edges because that's all we're going to be needing for that one.
Once it was dry, I'm going to take this Dollar Tree calendar.
This is from their 2023 collection and I'm going to pick a nice design here that says our happy place.
And I'm just going to mark using the board as my guide and then cut as needed.
And then I'm just going to mod podge it to the top of the board.
I'm just going to use one layer of mod podge.
I'm not going to cover it on the top and I'm going to use the mod podge that I have on hand to do it.
I am then just going to simply sand down the edges to remove the excess paper as well as smooth down the edges.
I did add a sawtooth hook to the back and then I'm going to take foam from Dollar Tree.
I had this one from a previous project that already had a piece off.
I'm just going to hot glue it to the bottom of the board and then hot glue the smaller piece on top of that.
What we're creating is a little pocket like a little holding flower pocket for the wall and I think it turned out super adorable.
Again, I'm just going to add some greenery and some fall decor to show you,
but I'm also going to show you what it would look like for summer, spring as well as Christmas.
So I'm just going to add some leaves and a flower here and I think this one turned out absolutely stunning.
I love the way this one turned out. Such an easy DIY. You can do this at home. Very inexpensive items. Again, one of my favorites.

For the next Dollar Tree DIY, I'm going to take three of the boards, two small ones and one large one. Again, once again,
we're just going to sand them down lightly and then give them two coats of Waverly Chalk Thin in the white.
I'm using white because it's my preferred color and it's also very versatile, but please know you can use any color you want.
I am not going to take these rub-on transfers from Dollar Tree and I'm just going to mark where I need to cut
and then start transferring it and it's really easy. You just want to place it on top of the surface.
Find something that's kind of hard where you can press and rub on it.
And what I found is that if you rub and lift as you go, it's really, really easy.
And I'm going to do the same thing with the smaller one next to it, but with a different transfer.
I'm not going to take this pipe clamp that I get on Amazon,
but you can also get at the hardware stores and I'm just going to place it right in the center
and then place some fall decor on it.
But again, I'm going to show you what it's going to look like with spring, summer, as well as Christmas decor on it.
And this one is also such a beautiful, unique and very versatile DIY
using Dollar Tree items. It cannot get better than this, my friends.
For the next Dollar Tree DIY, I'm going to take one of the smaller boards
and I'm going to give it two coats of Waverly Chalk Paint in the white.
And then of course, I'm going to let it dry. But this one, I'm going to speed it up a little bit
with my heat gun because sometimes I get impatient. But once it was dry, I'm going to drill one hole on each side.
I'm not going to measure, but you can measure if you want.
I did sand it down just a bit and then touched up the paint to make sure it looks clean and professional.
Then I'm going to place it right in the center of this wreath form that I got on Amazon.
And I'm going to take some jute string and thread it through each hole.
This is so that we can tie the board onto the wreath form and making sure that when I'm tying it
I am keeping the board at center as possible.
I am now going to take another one of the Dollar Tree calendars and I am going to remove the back smaller photos from it.
I'm going to cut off some of my favorite seasons and making sure that they are nice and square.
If you find these Dollar Tree calendars, all of them have these smaller virgin pictures in the back and they're great for crafting.
So I'm just going to cut them off. I would cut them all of them off, but I really just wanted a few of them.
Once I had them cut, I'm just going to add them using this Elmer's Adhesive Spray right onto some foam core from Dollar Tree.
Now looking back, I think I would have sprayed the paper instead of the foam board, but it worked out in the end.
Then I'm just going to use my X-Acto knife to cut off the excess.
I am now going to hot glue this little grapevine wreath form that I get on Amazon. They come in a little bundle.
I'm just going to hot glue it right to the center of the board.
And then I'm going to take some of these magnets from Dollar Tree. They come four and not four, 14 in a pack.
I'm going to hot glue one in the center of the board and then one in each
backside of each square.
I noticed that the squares were not fitting inside the wreath form.
So I did have to angle cut each square so that way it fits nicely inside.
And this one is truly one of my favorites.
I love the way it turned out and how versatile it is that you can just switch the little square right inside of it
for each season.
